This 11-story property offers 285 nonsmoking guestrooms decorated in tones of espresso, khaki and chocolate, with splashes of purple accents. Select rooms are furnished with sofa beds. Marble bathrooms contain bathrobes, makeup mirrors, rainfall showerheads and Gilchrist & Soames toiletries. The Colonnade Hotel Back Pay features a rooftop pool, open daily from 8 AM – 8 PM (weather permitting). Registered guests have complimentary access to the pool, and outside guests are permitted Monday – Friday for a surcharge. The rooftop pool is closed to the public on Saturdays and Sundays. "Colonnade Back Bay - Boston - May 2012"
Spouse was ignored by check in staff at check in, bad enough that she commented to me about the rudeness. Room OK, just OK. We had significant noise from adjacent rooms, not surprising but not pleasant. Car was parked in by valet, had to find a valet move the other car, added ten minutes. "not impressed"
there's better in a few block radius for the same or a bit more money, the pictures looked much better then it was. tiny bathroom, it was a warm october day so the hotel room was hot the ac was turned off, the hotels a bit dated which i read in sevral reviews but again i went on the pics. i should have listened.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Make sure you stay in the right season"
With their wacky HVAC system, you only have heat in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. It was November so my only option was heat. Which I did not turn on as my room was as hot as a furnace. Really awful. I couldn't keep the windows open as it is on a loud street and they kept blowing shut anyway. "Poor Choice despite location"
This hotel does not offer valet parking. It has self-parking above the hotel, but the garage is only 6 feet and my SUV would not fit. Hotel did nothing to assist me in finding a location to park. Ingen fri WiFi; KUN nede i lobby'en. Ikke mulighed for lån af adaptor til stik, ejheller mod betaling af depositum men kunne købes for $21!!! "ショッピング＆地下鉄利用には便利"
道路を挟んだ目の前にプレデンシャルセンターがあり、着いた当日から買い物したい人には便利。地下鉄プレデンシャル駅から徒歩10秒ほどなので、地下鉄を利用するにも便利です。フロントもコンシェルジュもフレンドリーです。 マイナス点は冷蔵庫がロックされて使用できない、浴室の掃除、ベッドメイキングが極めて雑、加えて石鹸等アメニティの補充が十分にされず、コーヒーはあるがティーバッグがない。お隣の部屋の声も会話ができるほど丸聞こえ、廊下にまで声がまるまる漏れていました。このお値段このクラスのホテルにしては、部屋のサービスがお粗末。 次回ボストンに行くときは、ここは選びません。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
