"Condition"
The room we felt was in poor condition. Wall mounted a/c system was falling apart, we had ants in our bathroom which made their way into our suitcase's . The door into our room was in fragile condition handle etc. Overall it was nothing to talk about. On a positive note the shuttle worked great.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Run Down"
Dirty and run down. Lots of staff but they did no real work and were NOT pleasant at all. Pool was filthy, hallways smelled of mold, room ice bucket actually had dirt in it.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Heater from hell"
The Bed wasn't very comfortable, but I can usually deal with that. The worst part was that the heater would kick on and off every 20 minutes or so if the room would drop below the 68degrees it was set at. I think it must be just poor insulation or something. In any event it was very loud and woke me up about 5 times before I finally turned it off all […] together and woke up to a room that was about 55 degrees in the morning. "Disappointing Thanksgiving Stay"
When we checked into the hotel, the young woman at the reception desk asked for our room location preference. We asked for a quiet room; a room not next to the ice machine, etc. We were given a room next to the elevator mechanical room. I was awakened every time someone went up or down in the elevator -- the sound was similar to one a spaceship might […] make when taking off or landing. When I reported this to the front desk in the morning, I was met with a shrug and a response of "sorry." Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"staff is unprofessional and rude"
Asked if I could do early check in and lady on phone rushed me off phone and said 'I'll do my best' then hung up before asking for my name or room number. When I went to check in, I stood and waited for about 4 min while the receptionist sat on a chair in another room on a personal phone call on her cell phone as we both looked at each other uncomfortably. […] No apology or anything for my wait. The hallways are very cold and my room got very cold during the night. Breakfast was okay. Hotel has a quick shuttle to bring you to JFK subway which is a 10 min ride to downtown Boston so very convenient. Overall not bad considering it was cheap, very close and easy to get to boston. Just used room for sleep so if u just need a place to sleep or stay close to Boston then its not bad. But if u plan on staying in the room or around the area not too great. I don't expect much from this location anyway, I am stay here is becasue the price. The check-in counter forgot to activate our room key for the both rooms and there is a bug in the bath tub. "Stay somewhere else!"
I was just looking for a quick overnight between airline flights--something cheap with shuttle service. When I called for shuttle pickup the automated recording said pickup from the airport was 15 and 45 minutes past every hour, so I waited and waited. Then I called and called and 2 and a half hours later I was finally at the hotel. Then the shuttle […] van for 6am was full, so I had to catch the 5am one. I might as well have slept at the airport. Neither me nor my young child were impressed. Our room door was in a hallway on the first floor that had a completely windowed hall wall to the parking lot and all the doors were propped open so anyone could come and go into the hotel halls. I didn't feel very safe, especially since there was a lot of yelling and banging all night. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Need rental car to stay here & see sights of city"
I noticed it had 3.5/5 prior to booking. That is not what I experienced. The location from the airport was only 15 minutes but to go into the city definitely needed a car. Nothing really to do within walking distance of this location. Asked for a wake-up call each AM (stayed 3 nights). First day fine - second day late by 5/10 minutes, third day never […] received. Electrical outlet covers loose over the outlets making it impossible to plug in cell phone charger. Therefore had a dead cell phone. This was not a pleasant experience staying at this location. I would not recommend to others planning a trip. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Vacation in Boston"
Front Desk Staff are not reliable. Has to follow up several times for the status of a maintenance related issue. FD Staff promised to give me a call for the status but never did. Has to make repeated calls to find out the status. Very unprofessional. Will avoid staying at Ramada Inn in the future.Genuine Expedia guest review

We had to go to the store and buy bleach before we would take a shower. The room was dusty and the fridge was dirty so we didn't use it, and there was no cord attached to the telephone. The woman ahead of us in line was changing her room because she said it stunk.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very Dissapointed"
The hotel said I was getting a Queen sized bed, it was a full at best. Customer service was not good. The concierge needed alot of time to know a cab number. When asked about getting extra towels, had to literally go down to get them. They advertise alot for 3 surrounding restaurants that will deliver to your room, but a menu can not be found anywhere, […] unless you literally go to the restaurant. For the amount spent and the time that I went there (a Sunday to a Wednesday), I expected far better and was very, very dissapointed in the bed size. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Frayed and Tight"
Close to downtown and I-93. Hard to get in and out of parking lot. Room bath small - hard to pass wife at sink to get to bath. Hallways narrow - hard to get luggage past laundry cart in hall. When passing another person going in opposite direction one of us had to stop and turn sideways. Hallways and room dimly lit. Was carpet dingy or dimly lit? Hard […] to tell. Only window in our room faced interior hall so we could not tell whether day or night. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel charged a per day "services fee". Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

The hotel left a little to be desired. I doubt that I would ever book it again. The door to the room didn't latch so we had to use the chain. Didn't make us feel very secure. The hotel seemed a bit run down.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not worth the money."
Positive: - The staff I interacted with was friendly and fairly helpful. - Hotel is directly adjacent to good restaurants and a bowling alley. Negative: - Hallways leak when it rains, leaving puddles on the ground. Strong mold/mildew smell. - Exhaust from room AC units blows hot air into the hallways, and are extremely loud. - Directions to find rooms […] via room number are handwritten on the hallway walls using a black marker. - Windows by side hallway entrances are open and large enough for an adult to crawl through. - Wireless Internet access unusable on rooms near and above the front desk area. Personal experiences: - First room had no Internet service. Moved to a second room after working with their outsourced Internet support company who could not resolve the issue. - Second room's AC unit leaked water inside our room. Was repaired by hotel maintenance the following day. - Second room was noticeably more run down than the first room. Mildew on grout in shower, rug shabby and worn out, etc. - 1 load of laundry to wash and dry cost me $6. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Don't stay here if you actually want to sleep!"
I spent a sleepless night at this hotel. My family went to a Red Sox game, so it was near midnight before we got back to the hotel. That is to be expected, but, starting around 1:00 am doors started slamming nonstop, and people yelling and screaming. This continued on until at 4:00 am when I called the front desk to report the noise. Security responded […] and the noise eventually settled down. What is disappointing was that it occurred at all. One would think that security would make rounds and would have been aware of this partying well before 4:00 am. It is expensive to stay in Boston and that is an expected cost for proximity, but spending the increased amount and then to not be able to sleep because the hotel does not bother to monitor the halls on occassion to assure that guests are not disturbing others is ridiculous. "Okay if you just want to stay one night"
I think overall the hotel service is okay from the front desk. We do not like our hotel room because it is not clean. We can see spider net in several spot. Especially close to AC. There is no ironing inside. The room carpet is not clean very well. If you take off your sandal for a while, your feet is really dirty. On the breakfast room, several spot […] has not clean for quite sometime i think. We can see sticky dust on it. I prefer to bring the breakfast inside our room. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Low Quality"
Affordable price, but the A/C in the room was not working properly making it very uncomfortable. There were people slamming doors and making a ton of noise all around me all night long. People were swimming in the pool all night long. The rooms were very small and mine smelled a little like smoke even though the entire hotel was supposed to be non-smoking. "Very disappointed"
I was very disappointed with the hotel. First, there was only one clerk on a Saturday afternoon to check people in - the line was out the door and the wait was crazy. Second, one out of the three rooms' AC was broken. It was 80 degrees in the room, and with my asthma, I was unable to breathe, so had to sleep on the floor of one of the other rooms we […] rented. (When I went to the desk, I was told it would be fixed in the morning - when we were checking out). Third, the breakfast was ATROCIOUS! There wasn't even enough room for guests to sit at tables and the food was terrible. The outdoor pool was the only good thing I can say about this hotel. Will definitely never stay there again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Ramada Inn Morressy Blvd."
Actually had a great trip but was a little surprised at the cost vs amenities. Hotel was old and dirty, mattress and furnishings were of poor quality. Staff was very friendly. "Be Sure to Ask for Room on Side Away from Rte. 93"
We booked for four nights. The first night we were on the side of the building facing Rte. 93 and the noise level was equivalent to sleeping under a freeway overpass. The air conditioner was on a thermostat, so it wasn't even possible to block out the noise with the air conditioner at all times. We asked to be moved for the next three nights, and we […] were. The new room was infinitely quieter (except for other guests), but the furnishings were old and shabby, and the iron was missing. "location good, hotel not so much"
The hotel was quite run down, parking was limited due to some construction in the lot, and the beds/pillows were uncomfortable. I was traveling on Business. When I arrived in the hotel room, the towels had never been removed to be laundered, there was an open water bottle and half eaten chip bags in the room. "Terrible Service"
The front desk staff was very lazy and rude. After we checked in we were given a map to find our room. When we got to our room the door would unlock, but not open. We went to the front desk again and were given another room. When we got in the bathroom was dirty. The heat did not work, nor did the remote. We tried to call the front desk, but our room […] phone did not work. We asked for help, while our room wasn't cleaned that day we were promised someone would fix our remote. That person never came, so we asked a second, third and fourth time before someone did come and he wasn't notified earlier in the day when we had originally asked. On our second night our room keys stopped working, because they didn't connect our pre-existing reservation with the new one adding a day to our trip, even though we had been assured they had done it and that we would not need to get new/reactivated keys. The second day the cleaning staff kept trying to clean even though we had our privacy tag on the door and would knock and ask multiple times through-out the morning and day as we were attempting to sleep. Check out was simple and quick. Through our whole stay one of the girls at the front desk was very unhelpful. Another was somewhat helpful, but I feel that with how much she was flirting with my husband she could have been much more helpful when he inquired about resolving problems. General manager and maintenance staff were helpful. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not a great experience at all"
Management obviously does NOT know how to properly schedule front desk staff, nor do they seem to know how to help their front desk staff when needed. Checking out this morning was a mess, not because of the girl at the front desk, but because she was the ONLY ONE THERE during such a busy time. Phone was ringing off the hook, line of people at the desk, […] and the manager, who I needed to speak with, was NOWHERE to be found. She had to hand me the phone to speak to him. Not to mention the location is not great, there were ants marching all over the bathroom, the tub was obviously dirty, the safe was locked when I got there, so I couldn't use it, etc. Just not the quality I remember from when I was younger with the Ramada name.
