This hotel is as amazing as the photos look on the website. When served champagne upon arrival you know it's a great hotel! Its a short 5 minute walk from shopping district, hop on hop off bus comes right to the door, legal seafoods conveniently located across the road. Huge rooms, immaculate, nice balcony. Great hotel in a great location with exceptional service and modern style. We absolutely loved it! The staff was friendly and helpful (they upgraded us to a better room when we arrived), the Rustic Kitchen and Emerald Lounge next door were also great for eating and drinking. It was a good choice for the theater district, we were seeing a musical at the Colonial. The lobby is sleek and modern and smells great! The rooms are fairly standard, the bathroom is small but clean and the sokah products are a nice touch, though you can't take them home. We reserved a king bed, but were told there were no king bedrooms available upon checkin, so we were stuck with two queens on our romantic get away. They also advertised a military/government discount, but would not honor it upon check in. That being said, the hotel is in a good neighborhood with lots to do.

My husband and I just stayed at this hotel overnight the other night and I have to say I wasn't very impressed. The lobby smelled so strong of perfume or air freshener that I had to hold my breath whenever I walked through it. Which mean I couldn't check out the artistic features. The room itself smelled like cigarettes and we had to open the door to […] the balcony just to get fresh air. We didn't care that it was about 20 degrees out because I'm allergic to cigarettes so we needed fresh air. The toilet clogged three times and over flowed twice. The bed wouldn't adjust on one side so I didn't sleep well and woke up with horrible back pain. I booked the hotel due to the beautiful pictures and reviews online but I was no where near happy with my stay. Read more

Revere was great; staff was extremely helpful and available. We received a glass of champagne upon check in and had a beautiful room with a small patio. Ate dinner at the hotel restaurant, Rustic Kitchen, which was absolutely delicious. Only negative was that there was perfume in the lobby that was WAY too strong. Stayed at the Revere for a weekend getaway with the girlfriend, overall we were very satisified with the hotel. The service was great the employees were very friendly and helpful (everyone from the front desk to the concierge, to the house keeping employees were great). Check in time was only at 3pm but we got there at 12 and they were able to accomodate […] us with a room and early check in, was not a problem at all. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were nice but a little small, the balconies were nice even though we didn't use them since it was cold out. The location was excellent...within walking distance to the boston common park and fineuil market, right around the corner from the theatres. We went in Decemember so the weather was pretty cold but we still walked everywhere since the hotel was so close to everything. Another plus was the parking garage attached to the hotel. Prices weren't too bad, i got there on Friday at 12pm and left on Sunday at 4pm...cost me a total of $68 for the entire time and the hotel validated my parking so that if i wanted to I could take the car in out of the garage at anytime and all i had to do was swipe a card. They automatically charged my credit card on file for the parking so i didn't even have to deal with that. Would definitely stay there again and the price was very good compared to other hotels in the area. Read more

Hotel is in good shape. Fine alternative to the W down the street. Room is good quality. Downside is that there are only 4 elevators servicing 25-ish floors and at all times during our stay only 2-3 of them were working, so while at times there was no wait, at others we'd be stuck waiting for 10 minutes just waiting for the elevator. That doesn't sound […] so bad until you need to get somewhere on time and then 10 minutes feels like 30 minutes. Read more

Very nicely remodeled site. Very nice rooms. Bathroom cold water actually ran hot for a few minutes (not lukewarm, but hot) before turning cold. Air conditioner was a little difficult to adjust. But these are minor inconveniences. Overall great hotel.

The staff was fantastic and extremely personable, the decor was terrific and rooms were so great...it was hard to leave it. The area around the hotel was loaded with fantastic restaurants and the parks were so close. We plan to return to Boston and stay in this hotel!

The lobby is a bit over the top contemporary, but the staff were accomodating. The elevators were incredibly slow, so leave your room early if you have a schedule to keep. The room was nicely appointed and the bed very comfortable. My husband didn't like the bulk pump style soap/shampoo/conditioner, but did see the "green" benefits of it. Super location […] for our visit to the Wilbur theater, and Boston Common was a quick block away for a lovely stroll the next day. We'd stay here again for a show and some sight seeing. Read more
