I would definetly stay at the Revere again. It was a great place and very close to everything. I was attending a concert at the Wang Theatre and was able to walk there. I will certainly be booking here again.

It was my husbands birthday weekend so we stayed at the revere hotel for the night. They had champagne waiting for us when he checked in and a chocolate cake waiting for us in our complimentary upgraded room. It was delightful and we would be more than happy to stay there again !

The beds are weird. Half of the mattress is rock hard and the other half is limp. The pool? Wouldn't know. When we stayed no where along the line was it told to us that it was closed. I would return to this hotel. My only critic is that from outside one sees the concrete walls of the parking building. The feeling is that they hid the beautiful hotel behind a parking. Maybe I am wrong but I would cover the front face of the building on Stuart street to fit the beautiful architecture of the lobby and other parts of the hotel.

My wife and I stayed at the Revere together on 4/18/13. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, parking was available on site (for a charge of $40 per day - average for Boston) and our room was impeccable. The view from our room was great! In the morning we found out the entire city of Boston was locked down due to the terror suspect being on the […] loose, and the staff at the hotel were outstanding. They kept people informed and comfortable during a difficult time. Extremely well done and kudos to the staff of the Revere. This is a very cool boutique hotel in a great location for Boston Common and shopping. Very good food and service. Only draw back was they have Number beds. We did not know that and there was no notification in the room nor remote. We had the worst sleep ever on the hardest mattress I ever experienced. Wonderful room, good location. The hotel is a vertical narrow building, so some of the features (eg., the lobby restroom or the business center) require taking an elevator to another floor. These are pretty minor issues. The hotel is new, modern, classy, across the street from Legal Sea Foods, which had a great dinner. Fine place if affordable.

As I stated after my last stay, by far the best hotel in Boston. The balcony is a big plus, the heated pool on a cold snowy day is exactly whats needed to get away. Rooms are perfect. Can't wait to stay again!!!!!

Attractive hotel, walking distance to Emerson, public gardens, Beacon Hill. We spent only one night and did not utilize many services, but our room was clean, relatively quiet and comfortable.

The hotel was disappointing from the minute we stepped in. We arrived at the hotel at 2:45 and approached the front desk to check in. The woman quickly informed us that our room was not ready (she did not even ask for my name) and that check in time is not until 3. I did not appreciate her rude attitude but it was not 3 yet, so we sat in the lobby to […] wait. During this time, we watched other people check in and be greeted with champagne while we just sat. We began to think perhaps we were being discriminated against for being young as it did not seem fair. It was now 3 and there was now a lengthy line at the front desk so we got back on line. By the time we got to speak to someone at the front desk (now a man), it was well after 3. He informed us that rooms with 2 beds were not ready yet in a matter of fact tone. When I voiced my lack of appreciation for the other woman's shortness with us, he seemed dismissive and continued to ask us to wait. The man continued to step away from the desk and was making phone calls in order to find a room..when he finally found an available room, he made it sound like he was doing us a favor...I do not understand this as I am paying for a room starting at 3 and was never given an apology! once inside the room, we found the disappointments continued...cold water, housekeeping did not come until 6 pm, did not replenish necessities! I also found a hold of $100 on my credit card when I returned home that I was never informed of! Unacceptable! Read more

Overall everything was wonderful! It was a cold night outside and we found we did not have to leave the hotel property as everything we needed was inside: restaurant, fitness center, swimming pool. The only issue was the noise at night. Other guests were very loud in the halls and we could hear them clearly in our room.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Revere Hotel. It's centrally located near Boston Common along with a whole bunch of bars and restaurants. The Emerald Club has pretty drinks, although it wasn't really our scene. My one complaint is that the room was a little cold and the heater was really loud.

The hotel is gorgeous and very convenient. We went for New Years and the hotel had two parties which were booked out and u couldn't even get tix for them through the hotel. I called the concierge previous to my stay and one tolde I could buy tix at the door (turns out I couldn't) and when I spoke to another he told me he would call me back but never […] did. Upon arrival we were told we couldn't get tickets for either party. So we had to buy tix last minute to a local club. Besides for the maid who was awesome the rest of the staff seems snotty and uninterested. Called down for room service and was given a $30 grilled cheese fe not room service but from the diner down the block!!!! For $30 it was freezing cold!!! Would recommend the hotel simply for the location. Definitely not the staff. Also, the lobby stinks like it's been soaked in Febreeze. Got a headache everytime we walked through it. Read more

I must say the Revere has done a fantastic job of upgrading the entire facility as it now looks more impressive than ever. What I would suggest is if you can make your fitness room more attractive it would be great. Offen you like to combine the comfort of training by ending the excersise with good shower, get relaxed in hot tub and swimming in warm pool. If you would pop up that area by the swimming pool with nice room with hot tub and showers and even room with steambath […] this would be my first choice. I really liked the Revere Hotel, great location and friendly service. My only complaint was the noise barrier between rooms. It was so easy to hear conversations in the room next to mine. Otherwise, it was great.

Comfortable hotel in convenient location with nicely designed interior. Champagne at check-in and free overnight shoe-shine are nice touches. The "luxury" items in the room are questionable, e.g. the "sleep number" bed which is just a fancy air mattress, either soft and wobbly or hard and convex. Also the bathroom supplies that come with page-long instructions […] and a $16 charge for each bottle if you take it with you. Or the brand-name polyester robe that gives you hair-raising static. The location of the hotel was great! The staff at the front desk was welcoming, and explained quite a bit when we arrived. We moved our luggage into our room, and went out for dinner. Upon returning, we started to get settled into our room. We found that the wi-fi was very hit and miss, so we could not count on this. We also found that the room was […] not as clean as we would prefer. The bathroom door was dirty, both sides. The tops of the headboards were dusty, and the lightbulb at the bedside lamp had something rather gross on it. Lastly, we found out by mistake that the mattresses are "sleep number" but the controls were not left visible. We were only able to adjust one, and by the time my son woke up he was sleeping in a crater! We did not contact the front desk to remedy these problems, as nothing was really awful.
