The room was nice and clean but there were some ammenities that were overlooked like a hook on the bathroom to hang things up. The shower head seemed to large and awkward. Hotel was clean, location ideal. Workout space was very generous with many machines & a separate strength room. Check out on sign in room read 1pm. WHen we returned to our room at 1230 to gather our belongings & check out, the cleaning lady was in the room preparing for turnover. Our belongings were still in the room & we had not checked out. Very lovely hotel. Room was very nicely appointed, the bed was VERY comfortable, quiet with lovely views of the city from the 28th floor. The window was covered with a nice, cloth "balloon shade" which not only looked pretty it was a heavy cloth so blocked the light and was a great insulator against the cold window. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. Fresh fruit, yogurt, muffins, croissant, cereal, coffee, juices, milk. The location is great being attached to a huge shopping, dining facility. Note on parking: the hotel only has valet parking so very expensive. You can park under the Prudential Center for a much more reasonable fee. This hotel is great! The rooms are clean, breakfast buffet is yummy, and the hotel is located right next to the mall, so you don't even have to go outside to get into the mall, you can just walk right over from the lobby. Loved it.

Room was very clean and well appointed, it was a little small (standard room doesn't fit more than 2 people well), workout facilities and pool were great, fantastic views. The biggest plus to staying here is that it's connected to the Prudential Center shopping, which is entirely indoors (great for winter stays) and is about the size of a standard mall […] (maybe 100 stores and 15 restaurants, including Legal Sea Food). Even better, there is a Shaw's grocery store that is a "real" grocery, which is pretty rare in such a great location, and they have a great wine selection and extensive take out options at very reasonable prices ($10 bottle of wine and 2 full meals for $14). I would definitely recommend staying here. It's close to shopping and restaurants, as well as the airport. The ongoing renovations had zero impact on our stay. There is also a Starbucks on site!

If you are just going for a short time and don't require assistance with baggage, the location is awesome, and the rooms are very comfortable and nice. The front desk staff, maids, and doorman were all awesome, but certainly not any of the bell staff. The first problem was one ditched me when he said he was getting me a cab. I tried to call my own, […] but after reading the phone number on the side I asked 3 staff members for the area code in their city an no one could come up with any numbers. I got a zip code after 10 mins, but obviously arguing that that wasn't their area code didn't go well. Another bellman dropped my stuff in the middle of the crowded lobby off the luggage cart. I would have preferred to push it myself. They also didn't help me with my 2 shoulder bags, weighing 40 & 25 lbs, which is probably for the best since he would have dropped them too. I sincerely appreciate that the room was green, they offered a recycling bin and extra points if you didn't get the room cleaned throughout your stay, which I opted for. Read more

Overall our stay was quite nice. I have stayed there before, so I knew the location was perfect. The only issue that we had was that when we got to the hallway in front of our room it smelled like vomit. I told the front desk about it. When we woke the next day it still smelled like vomit. I have stayed here multiple times but only for ONE REASON - It is connected to the Hynes Convention Center. Otherwise I would never stay here. Location is great, a block from Newbury St too. Nothing else about this hotel is good. There is a Starbucks in the lobby though.

It's rare that I have nothing negative to say about a big city chain, but the Sheraton Boston was just about perfect. The room was a bit small, but that is to be expected in a city as naturally compact as Boston. The room was recently renovated, clean, and had an unexpected view of Boston Harbor! Bathrobe and magnifying mirror were brought up within […] 10 minutes.There are 4 Club floors with one Club Lounge on the 29th floor. The express elevators made it very convenient to run up, grab a breakfast, and head down for an efficient version of room service. Afternoon snacks were ordered from a menu and served in the lobby bar; food selections were great and the portions were meal-sized! The price of upgrading to the Club Floor was well- worth the out-of-pocket expense from the convention room rate. Convention meeting rooms and organization were superior. The hotel is attached to the shopping mall with quality food options and stores. The mall is an indoor route to much of the Back Bay when weather is windy and chilly. The Sheraton Copley plaza worked out perfectly for me. Our meeting was at the Collonade, around the corner and I was so glad to be staying at the Sheraton. When I checked in, they identified me as having arranged my stay with an outside service. I was assigned room 750, which was directly against the back wall of the elevator (i.e. noisy) and looked out on strictly the roof of another portion of the building and walls of adjacent buildings. Both the room and the view were brutal. During my 2 night stay, […] they never made the bed or brought fresh towels. Fortunately, I was by myself, so it didn't matter much. The bath tub didn't drain properly. The concierge wasn't familiar enough with the local area and provided misinformation that caused me to walk a fair distance out of the way. The Sheraton hotel is located close to the Hynes Convention center in Boston, MA. The hotel is clean, well, maintained, with a polite and courteous staff. Seeing a Starbucks franchise next to the lobby upon check-in let us know from the gitgo this would be a neat spot to stay. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a great bed. The hotel abuts the Prudential Center, so shopping in a 70-store outlet with plenty of restaurants became a real plus. We enjoyed dessert the first night on the 52nd story of the Prudential tower, the Top of the Hub, again quite near the exit from the hotel into the mall. What a view of Boston and the water! The only thing bad for us was that the rock music they had on the speakers in the lobby was blaring every time we came downstairs. The hotel is well situated to take in lots of the Boston sights.
