"Make sure to eat before you get there"
The hotel was clean and attractive. The staff in bar10 was insufficient to serve the patrons on Sunday at 1pm. The concierge was not very helpful in supplying a list of alternate restaurants and was rude. Room service was good.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great hotel and great location"
We stayed for a one night visit with friends and wanted to be close to restaurants/bars and close to the T station. It was perfect, the rooms were clean and the view was terrific, I believe they upgraded us to river view.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Stay and location were very nice. Requested a king bed and even though it was 4 hours past check in time, there was not a room ready and got a room with 2 double beds.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"The best location in Boston"
I stayed in many hotels in Boston over the years, but the Westin Copley was the best! I would recommend to anyone because it is by far the most conveniently located hotel with spectacular view at a reasonal price.I will continue using this hotel in future.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Westin Copley Place"
Stayed for a night, while attending Red Sox game. Very easy 15 min walk to ballpark, through decent neighborhood. Hotel very nice, staff very helpful. Be careful of added fees for looking at slide out snacktray, just for looking not purchasing, tried to add $16 to bill. Valet parking conveinant, but pricey @ $46 bucks, but thats beantown. Just know before […] you go. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Love those Westin beds"
I just love those Westin Heavenly beds and try to book a Westin whenever possible. Conveniently located next to Copley Place Mall - Neimans/Barneys and a Legal Seafood for a lobster roll. Turner's Seafood in the Westin serves Boston's Hall of Fame winning NE clam chowder and it indeed deserves the title. Creamy with nice pepper kick. But back to the […] Westin. Evening concierges were spot on, but early morning staff couldnt even direct us to a decent pastry shop. Good thing the hotel room was stocked with an issue of BEST OF BOSTON so we found it ourselves. ONE PEEVE: I dont mind the pressure sensitive honor bar, but the fridge leaves no extra room. Would it kill them to let a guest bring in their own can of diet soda? Geesh! That's a stingy airlines move if you ask me. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
great room with a great view for a fairly good price, excellent location to Back Bay train station (Amtrak service) and all other things too - sightseeing, shopping, eating, etc.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great Hotel, Great Location, Great Price"
The Westin at Copley Place was the perfect hotel for our weekend trip to Boston. We were looking for a location in the heart of the city that was within walking distance of attractions, close to train lines, and was fair priced for a nice hotel. The Westin met all of our qualifications and I would recommend this hotel to others.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Westin - Copley Plaza, Boston"
Very nice, perfectly clean, great service. Delightful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Westin Copley exceeded every expectation"
I did not have one interaction with anyone at the Westin in which the hotel did not demostrate its 100% committment to customer service. When the line at check-in on a busy fall weekend was long, Westin staff emerged like rabbits from a hat, asking who they could help next. The doorstaff knew running routes and where to stay out of traffic. The concierge […] kept my guests entertained with easy local ideas, longer walks and great food recommendations. Even the housekeeping staff, who all speak fluent English, check-in to see if you need extra shampoo etc as you're leaving your room in the morning. The gym and pool are clean, well-lit and organized. There are plenty of food and drink options in the complex (check out the Marriott's sports bar) and the lobby is perfect for a late night cocktail, business conversation or blind date. In addition, the hotel is connected to the Copley Place Mall and (via enclosed skyway) the other hafl of the mall and the Marriott, which gives you options on Boston's cold and rainy days (like my first one at the hotel) Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Great location in the Back Bay with easy access to public transportation (T). Able to walk all over back bay, Fenway, shopping at Boylston or Newbury streets. The room was decent, quiet hotel, good place to stay in Boston.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Boston"
Weater..great.....lcation for us was very good..service was very good...room could use some cleaning..stained carpet...grout in tub needs attention...not clean..no vent in bathroom. Would recommend with these these reservations. Thank you ...we had a good time. P.S. Red sox lost...would you believe!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great place to stay!"
Really liked staying smack in the middle of Boston - near everything!! Also - good price for the room. Room was cleaned daily but one had the option of not having a daily cleaning - and having a small saving! Thought breakfast was too expensive so after first night ate elsewhere! The bartender was great - and the bar was good but, again, overly expensive. […] The biggest problem was that the elevators seemed to not work. There were times when there were lines in to the lobby due to a limited number of elevators working. However, I would stay there again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Westin, Copley Place"
The hotel is in an excellent location close to the shopping and restaurants of Newbury Street. The centre and wharf are a pleasant 10-15mins walk away across Boston commom and public gaarderns or the T is close by don't fancy a walk. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Beds are a bit too soft though and due to a broken socket our coffee machine wasn't […] working. Breakfast in the Huntington is very good and not as pricey as I was expecting. The bar isn't great though. The music is too loud and it's too dark especially considering there's food being served. You can't see what you're eating.
