Our stay at the Westin Copley Place was great! We love Westins specifically for their Heavenly Beds...they are amazing!! Our room over looked Copley... Square so we could see the festivities going on. The staff were wonderful too. We did not eat at any of the restaurants so no comment in that area. Also enjoyed the fact that we could walk from the Prudential Center all the way through to our hotel without going outside. Very nice feature during New England Winters. The only "negative" I would have to give the hotel took place during our workouts in the gym. The TVs provided on the treadmills did not have cable...just basic 6-8 channels. That was very disappointing considering we were working out for about 2 1/2 hours. Other than that we LOVED the Westin! by a Hotels.com guest on 01/03/13

The Westin Copley Place is located in the heart of Copley Square, across the street from the Back Bay station in Boston, Mass. Trinity Church stands across the street. Copley Mall and Newbury Street shops are located 2 blocks away.

Hotel Features.
A glass entryway and splashing waterfalls lead to the Westin Copley Place's lobby area, where upholstered sofas and oversized leather armchairs offer traditional-style seating. The Huntington's dining room serves buffet-style breakfast for a fee, and features crystal chandeliers and floor-to-ceiling windows. Turner Fisheries Restaurant and Bar highlights its luminous blue bar and serves seafood dishes. The Mediterranean-style Bar 10 serves appetizers and entrées, and offers an innovative wine list. A Starbucks outlet is located in the lobby. Fizz Lounge serves champagnes, wines and small bites, while Osushi is known for its traditional sushi, plus adventurous sushi variations such as the TNT maki and Godzilla maki. A limited-hour conference center offers fax, photocopy and print services for fees. A total of 54,000 square feet of function space accommodates events. There are 29 conference/meeting rooms for guest use, as well as exhibit space. Wireless Internet access is available in public areas and in the business center (surcharge). Recreational amenities include the WestinWORKOUT Powered by Reebok Gym that contains a heated indoor lap pool, cardiovascular and weight-training equipment, free weights and medicine balls. Grettacole Spa offers massage treatments such as hot stone therapy and Reiki. There is an on-site gift shop. Valet and self parking are available (surcharges); valet parking includes in and out privileges. This is a smoke-free property.

This hotel offers 803 guestrooms on 36 floors furnished with cherry-wood armoires and Westin Heavenly Beds. Beds feature 230-thread count cotton linens, pillowtop mattresses, down comforters, and down/feather and hypoallergenic pillows. The Westin really tries hard to ensure their guests are comfortable and all services met. While we did have a great room on the Preferred Guest Floor, our faucet in the tub fell off and when we crawled into bed, we realized housekeeping barely made the bed. While the comforter and blankets were properly made, the sheets were only put on partial way […] and half of the mattress exposed. We remade the bed so that we could sleep in it. Upon checking out, the auto-checkout feature on the TV link did not work. We went for the deal on the room through hotels.com and to be within close proximity to restaurants and shopping. We were very happy about our stay at the Westin. The location is primo and the staff so courteous and helpful. Our room had a breath taking view of the Charles River and Cambridge.We were particularly pleased that although the checkout was at noon, we could leave our car at the hotel until 5:00 PM without any further charges.

This is really one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at recently. The room was beautiful and immaculate. The location was fantastic-close to great shopping and restaurants and also a great area to walk or jog area-great sites, near Boston Common, the Public Gardens and the Statehouse and Beacon Hill. Absolutely Fantastic!!!

Although the rooms can be a bit pricey, this hotel is absolutely worth the money spent for a stay in Boston. Located in a fantastic neighborhood with lots of shopping and dining, just across from the Boston Public Library, and very near a T-station, it is also very easy to reach. The hotel is nice and very modern, and the location is absolutely perfect for access to the Newbury St. area. Restaurants in the hotel are good, though nowhere near their reputation (as an example, somewhat expensive filet, amazingly tender, but just really no flavor to it at all). The Westin Copley has location going for it -- in Back Bay just next to the Boston Public Library. I was disappointed to see dirty windows and our shower curtain had grease on it from recently oiled door hinges. TV had many sports channels which did not interest me. They are doing construction in some on their rooms and don't bother to mention it to you when you check -in. We had banging and drilling from 9:00am to 5:00pm the two days we stayed there and all sorts of noises the whole night. We mentioned it to the Hilton Staff and they did nothing about it. Pretty disappointing stay.
