"AWESOME!"
The band on the weekends is great! The pool and the spa is wonderful! The staff and room was one of the best I have stayed in a long time. It is close to Wal-Mart, Winn Dixie, Publix, and many restuarants. I plan on staying there again soon. "Nice beach."
We had a pretty good view of the beach and pool from our balcony. The only problems were the a/c in our room and the beach access. The a/c would make a loud banging sound everytime it turned on and off; and the only beach access was through the tiki bar, which meant we had to walk through second-hand smoke getting to the beach.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Very nice beach front hotel - 5 star experience!"
Got a nice room that was neat, clean and decorated in an upscale beach motif. No complaints about the room, hotel or staff, everything was great. They have a nice bar area that faces the beach next to the pool and hot tub (both working), and they had a guitar player strumming some tunes at night. Let me just rave about the Temple Spa products that Crowne […] Plaza is now using, the little gift pack of lotion and aromatherapy spray really made the experience just a bit more amazing. A free whiffs of the Quietude spray put us right to sleep, had to hunt it down online so I can order a full size bottle. Temple Spa is a luxury UK line, and I think they made a good choice with partnering with them. MY only regret is that I didn't realize they had a Spa onsite, and I didn't have time to partake in any services, lol. "Could be a great hotel except for the poor service"
We booked pretty much the best rate available and I was not expecting a resort room. We end up in a handcap access room and were fine with it except the toilet hadn't been scrubbed for ages, the shower diverter did not work properly so there was no water pressure, however, we expected to have resort service at the hotel but did not find it. The pool […] had only a 1/2 dozen chairs and a ton of tables, people were taking chairs from their balcony in order to enjoy the pool. The beachfront deck was absolutely great except for the TERRIBLE SERVICE, everyone working there looked like they hated the place and the guests. Food was okay, drinks were nasty and watery. I guess management is to be blamed. On Easter weekend and Spring break, everyone should be in their best customer service mood. I will try something else the next time. The rooms are very small, the bell hop was the best part. He joked with the kids and made them laugh doing impersonations of donald duck. The hotel has been recently remodeled - a few things still finishing up, but it overall looks modern and new. Staff was friendly and helpful. "Nice hotel...when it's finished being remodeled"
My stay here was nice, but the room was not as expected. It had no balcony or ocean view, even though it is right on the ocean. Pool and hot tub appear very dirty as well...this could be easily fixed if they put forth a little effort. I tried several times to order room service, but the phone range and rang, then someone picked up the phone and hung […] it up. Its probably better that way considering the food and service was so expensive, but its the little things that count and they don't seem to be doing those things! You would be better off staying at one of the competitor hotels, such as Radisson or Hilton, who are priced close to the same, but overall quality is much better at those other hotels. This hotel just needs a little TLC, so if you aren't paying to much, and don't care about service this is the place for you! There was no valet parking or assistance bringing luggage in from our cars, but once we got to the desk to check in, the staff was very helpful.
