"broken, dirty, unfriendly"
The lock on the door was broken. The security latch was broken. I couldn't even lock the door from inside as BOTH were broken. The bathroom was dirty, not cleaned from the last visitor. The girl at the front-desk was texting all the time.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Needs lots of cleanup and work"
Room was dirty, especialliy the bathroom. Stains on tub from someone else. I did have a cat with me and they charged $25 extra which was ok. The hotel clerk did call me a courtesy bus to the Philadelphia airport which was prompt. Hotel just needs to clean the rooms thoroughly and begin some remodel jobs. No shuttle came by to pick me up as promised. I took the shuttle of another hotel; the driver felt sorry for me and offered to drop me off When I arrived at 4am, no one was at desk and a note said to go to the lobby of Quality Inn, with no directions given. I went to the lobby at 9:14 am to grab a bite of their free breakfast and NOTHING was there! I called the night before and was told breakfast ends at 9:30am. Well,they lied! It's a bit of a mixed bag here... The pros are that the room was very clean, the hotel is close to the airport & the staff were friendly. The cons, however, are a little more complicated. When we first arrived, we were given a room with a broken lock. Not cool! We complained & they changed our room without a problem. Late that night, while we were falling […] asleep, we heard someone trying to get into our room. It turns out that they hadn't noted the room change in their system, so had re-rented the room that we were in. It was pretty unnerving to be woken up that way, but was sorted out quickly and fairly easily. The next night we didn't get back to the hotel until pretty late, and the parking lot was full. There weren't any nearby lots, so we were told to park in the fire lane. Hmmm. The man at the desk said that people often leave their cars in that lot when they go to the airport, even when they're not staying there.
