"Very clean, and very friendly staff"
I loved the hotel, stayed here before. It's very clean, very comfortable and the staff is very friendly. We did have a bad experience with some other guests being very rude, loud and obnoxious., slamming doors, knocking on the doors at 2 and 3 in the morning. The Hotel manger went up and spoke with the other visitors immediately after I called him. […] As soon as he left, the people came back and started doing it again. Also the same group of people came down in the morning and kept eating all the breakfast that the staff would put out. The staff in my opinion did a great job of trying to deal with the people, they were very rude people. Otherwise I liked the hotel. Just a bad stay, no sleep, no breakfast. "Nice Stay - Close to many places to eat..."
Rooms were nice, had lots of choices in walking distance to eat. Only had 1 issue... Room was sold by hotels.com as 2 QUEEN beds and sofa bed. Queens were really FULL SIZE... If I wanted that, I could have stayed elsewhere claiming the truth (full sized beds) and spend $30 a night less..Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Zimmer und Sauberkeit waren sehr gut.Das Schwimmbad mit Whirlpool war nach einem erfüllten Tag in Chicago sehr angenehm. Das Team der Rezeption erschien nur durchschnittlich motiviert.
