"Be careful of your belongings"
My boyfriend and I went to visit family in the area. We stayed two nights on the second day (Saturday morning) my boyfriend left his Samsung device in his bag he only had it for a month. When we return late in the afternoon he pulled it out to play a game and we both notice this huge crack in the device I was really upset and we both walked to the front […] desk. The lady at the counter was not helpful she said that the person who cleaned the does not mess with others belongings and said the crack had to be there before. Thinking to myself she basically said we are lairs, I told her we would like to talk to the manager she said she would contact him. We did not hear from the manager until Monday two whole days after the incident. He did not resolve our issue and basically called us lairs as well. Warning if you must stay there do not let them in your room during your stay cause if anything happens to your stuff its your own fault and they will do nothing to solve the issue except for call you a lair and provide horrible guest service. 1) Had to wait over an hour after 3pm check in to get our room hotel was not full. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel can do with a few upgrades. If you plan to stay for more than one or two nights. The pool wasn't open leaving the only way you can cool off is by staying in your room or in the lobby. There is no fitness center at the hotel, based on the location with limited activity in the surroundings area […] a fitness center would be a plus for the guest since everything closes at 8:00pm but besides that my 7 day stay was okay.
