We were visiting family and doing the Wonderland thing with the grands so location was good because we could walk across the street to the park. The room was clean but the wall paper was peeling.Went to shower and realized that there were only two washclothes and three bath towels even though I booked the room for four people. When I called the front […] desk at 8:45 am for more towels, I was told the front desk clerk was the only one on for at least another half an hour and I would have to come get them or wait until someone came in. I asked her to send them when she could and we would start with the ones we had. Had to finely track down a housekeeper at 10:00am to get towels. The hotel was ok for the money. The beds were horrible; extremely uncomfortable. The room had a musty smell and customer service was really non-existent. We called the front desk from our room after we returned from the play early that evening. Every time we called no one answered the phone. We walked down to the front and low and behold the attendant […] was sitting there looking at the computer. The morning breakfast was worse than any continental breakfast I have ever had. The pancakes crumbled to the touch. The packaged muffins were stale as well. We decided to try a yogurt, but we were skeptical of the freshness. I choose the hotel because is across street from dutch wonderland and the price is good. The room was ok but the hair dry not working during stay. The breakfast is very basic not thing special and the orange juice tasted badly. Mostly minor things were wrong. Light bulb out, tissues were empty, air conditioner leaked on the carpet. But the worst of all was the pool. The outdoor pool had so much debri in it that we had to skim it before we got in. The motel itself was in good condition but the rooms were not cleaned the way they should have been . Made our annual trip to sight and sound theatre and thought we would stay at Ramada. As we drove home from the show many people standing out side smoking and very loud in and out of the lobby.Front desk could not give us change for snack machines,The front desk clerk could not help us with directions, and was not very friendly. The hotel is definitely in need of some renovations. Not what I expected of the Ramada name. Overall it was okay. There was a coffee spill on the counter that had been there from the previous customers. Also the mirrors had not been cleaned. The breakfast was bad...cold dense pancakes!
