    You get what you pay for! Hotel needs to be updated. I had coffee but 2 decafs and a leaky bathtub faucet I ended up hearing all night which would have made the caffeine helpful. Bed linens weren't bad and I didn't see any bugs, phew. TV had 1980's stations and was fuzzy. Best part was the friendly bartender at the restaurant but I was a little worried […] to eat the food.     The hotel lacked upkeep. The continental breakfast was disgusting. The tables in the breakfast area were not clean. There was water dripping out of the ceiling. I would never stay there again. The pool was out of service,until we told them we wanted our money back, then they had someone come take the cleaner out so we could use it.

    The hotel is being renovated and really is very shabby looking . No refrig. or microwave in the rooms . shower was awful no water pressure . Most of the staff was friendly and tried to assist .

    We were disappointed. We have stayed in this hotel many times when it was Quality and once since Ramada took over. However, Ramada is in the process of remodeling and our room was very "empty". For example, the table and overstuffed chair in the room were gone and the only chair was a desk chair so there was no place for both of my wife and I to sit, […] for example, except on the bed. We called the front desk and someone came to the room and said this is the way it is going to be.....less furniture. They did volunteer to bring us a desk chair so we would have two. Also, there were no papers in the trays on the desk about surrounding attractions or information about the hotel (e.g., restaurants, breakfast, etc.).     Hotel in general needs lots of upkeep. Old and worn decor. It would take millions of dollars to restore this. Workers were responsive enough. But, there was only so much they could do. Would not recommend.

    Beautiful view behind the hotel but the hotel did not seem to be taken care of once you got past the lobby.At least the game room occupied my son.The beds were not cozy and there was not a microwave.I went to the pool area and the ceiling was leaking and coming apart in many places.I did not even get in the pool.     As I entered the hotel, I like the main entrance but as we got to our floor I was hit by a very bad odor in the hallway and rooms. There was a door that separated the 4th from the 5th floor and as soon as you open the door there was a very bad odor. Smelled like wet animals!! Yuck.     There was no room service like the website said. The TV was supposed to have cable but only have 10 working channels. The room wasn't bad but the coffee pot was just a single cupper and there was no microwave to go with the fridge. The elevator was old and shaky and some of the staff was rude.

    That was the worest experience I have ever had. The room was not clean and it smelled. Elevator was not working all day and no one told us when it would be fixed. Breakfast was awful.     There were 4 of us in the room, which we paid for, the bathroom only had 2 bath towels. My wife asked the cleaning lady for 2 more which she said she would bring. Never arrived. When we returned at 10:30 P.M. we had to go to the service desk and ask for more towels. They did bring them after we asked at the service desk. The hallways where dirty.

    Very dated hotel. Old, old, old. Lots of rust. Broken down ironing board is bad enough - but NO iron?!? No housekeeping. When we came back after being out all day and told the front desk they had nothing to say - not even an apology. We asked for clean towels and only got 4 pool towels (smaller than bath towels) and no washclothes or hand towels. No […] info in the info rack in the room - strange or what.     The keyroom keys did not work, we were out on the balcony and got locked out of our room. My husband had to jump down (luckily only 2 floors up) to the ground and open the door from the room.

    This hotel has so much potential. Perfect location, and the amenities are there but not maintained. Check In isn't till 4pm, a little late for my liking. The indoor pool area was dirty, had a terrible odor and the water looked gross. The restroom in the indoor pool area was stuffed with brown paper towels and someone had relieved themselves and left […] the evidence. The outdoor pool area was ok. Not enough chairs, and only 2 umbrella tables. The few lounge chairs they did have were located in the "grassy" area...which was burnt to a crisp and my daughter wouldn't walk on it because it hurt her feet and crawling with ants. It should all be cement. There was a tennis court located next to the pool, but it was overgrown with weeds and looked forgotten. The room was a nice size, but both headboards were covered in some weird cleanser stains. The chair around the little table had some weird white stains all over it and the bathtub faucet wouldn't stop running #even after I asked the front desk to address the leak#. The bathroom was gross. For some reason, I happened to glance up at the ceiling while hanging a towel and there were little black hairs on the wall...like they cleaned the floor and then used the same rag to wipe down the walls. Bathroom needs a major remodel for sure. The "free" breakfast was a joke. Soggy French toast, a bowl of apples, dry bran muffins, cheerios and Trix yogurt. The appearance of the hotel is terrible -- outside, cement is coming up in chunks on the sidewalks, trip is rotting on the side of the building, the grounds are not well kept, chunks are literally falling off the side of the building. I think that the hotel staff does the best they can, but it is obviously […] short staffed -- I arrived at the hotel at 6:30 p.m. and the young lady who was checking me in was working alone -- she kept trying to find out if the room was cleaned, but none of the staff would answer her calls. It took over an hour to get into our room. While I was waiting, she was dealing with other customers who had checked in earlier and were coming back with complaints. One couple came up to her after they went to their room and handed her two bank bags that they had found in their room, along with some else's clothes. They were concerned, with good reason, that someone was staying in that room unknown to the hotel and that person might return while they were there. Not to mention the fact that obviously they were staying in a room that was not properly cleaned.     The hotel was older and run down. Every time we flushed the toilet, there was a loud squeal until the tank refilled. We reserved the room for 4 adults, yet there were only towels for 3. The day of arrival, we simply went to the front desk and requested and received an extra set. Unfortunately, housekeeping never caught on, and we had to go get towels […] every night. There was no elevator, causing us to haul our luggage up 3 flights of stairs from the entrance that the front desk told us to use. We later discovered that there was another way to get to our room that only involved 4-5 steps. Unfortunately, as I stated before, the desk clerk did not tell us of this route. The 2nd full day that we were there, the bed covers had been pulled up and tucked, but no other cleaning was done to the room. It was not vacuumed, nor was the table wiped off, or the bathroom cleaned. Ramada has always been a sign of good to very good hotels. This one property has caused me to be leery of any Ramada hotels.     The continental breakfast was old fruit and dried bread. They ran out of towels for the guests, they over charged my card - when it should not have been charged at all. The key cards to the room had to be re-programmed daily. The elevator was scary - the hotel needs major maintenance and upkeep!
