$160.00 for a room that had no remote for the TV. In the morning we subjected to the maids talking so loud in the hall way you could not hold a conversation in the room. Stayed here one night for a shopping trip to Jersey Gardens. Great location for the outlet mall but the first room was already occupied when we entered. The front desk was apologetic and quickly changed our room. The new room had a filthy tub. It was full of hair, making me wonder if it had even been cleaned. Good option only if you want to stay close to the airport and the Jersey Gardens. The room is noisy, the wifi doesn't worked properly and the staff could not manage to fix it. This was my first time at an Extended Stay establishment. I have seen mixed reviews but mostly favorable. First let me say that this is in a great location. Not far off the turnpike exit, right across the street from the mall and walking distance to ihop. The rooms/studio were very clean and had a pleasant smell. I read reviews of the hotel online and the fact that all of them were positive was the reason why I decided to stay here. The room was spacious and clean. The amenities (refrigerator, stove, sink, dishes, and cupboards) were great although I didn't take advantage of them. I only got to spend a total of 6 hours in the room; 1 before the party and 5 afterward […] before heading back to Baltimore. It's location between a Ruby Tuesday and an IHOP was very convenient. We needed a place to spend the night after a flight was cancelled in Newark, NJ. The staff were phenomenally helpful. The free wifi was extremely useful as we tried to re-book our flight, and they let us hang out in the lobby after also giving us a late check-out time. The room itself was not the greatest - looked like a cigarette hole in the sheet, […] the phone didn't work, and the A/C didn't work in our friends' room. "Quality service that was much appreciated."
We were stuck in Newark when a flight was cancelled. Called the hotel about transportation from the airport, and they told us where to meet them and were there right away. We had no luggage, and their shuttle driver went to a store and got us a few necessities. There was no shampoo in our room, and they couldn't find any in their supply room, but a […] staff member went into several other rooms to find a bottle for us. The next morning the airline said they could get us on an early flight , so it was a mad rush to get back to the airport. The shuttle van was on its run, but they called to make sure he'd be back right away. The front desk staff offered to print our boarding passes so we could avoid that line, and then the shuttle driver took us directly to our terminal instead of the normal drop off spot at the airports Air Train station. In all, the entire staff went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. The room was clean and the a/c worked great. A great stay at a difficult situation for us. Hotel is no frills (meaning no breakfast like you would expect from other Extended Stays, but does have a small kitchen). Hotel appears to be going through some renovation, and the first room we were assigned had a broken chair, and tub stopper (metal components) was dismantled. However, it did have a flat panel TV.
