"Very comfortable hotel."

"Convenient to mall and nice area"
Although this is supposed to be a "luxury" hotel, it certainly is in need of a refresh. Pool is tiny and covered over so one cannot sit in the sun, breakfast room very dated, in general a bit worn around the edges. Clean and adequate, and very convenient to be able to connect directly to mall with restaurants and fast food. Not close to center city, […] but a relatively inexpensive and simple cab ride. "good american hotel in a great location"
Great location within walking distance of La Perdiz, Francis and several other great eating and drinking spots. The staff is generally friendly, with a few employees that went above and beyond their duties to help us get around, scan and email documents, and generally make us feel comfortable. We did have a strange sewer smell drift in one afternoon […] while we were dropping off bags, but it was gone when we returned from dinner. Other than that, the place was in decent shape. As an Uruguayan living abroad, I have tried a lot of hotels in Montevideo, this is definetly the best of all, maybe it's a little bit far from downtown, but nothing that a 10$ cab won't fix. "Could be better for the Sheraton."
Nothing happening in the bar, no music, complete dead. Restaurant mice, but for breakfast coffee was not hot, ommelet was not warm, fruit did not look as good as normally in the Sheraton. Muito boa. Hotel muito limpo, com funcionários sempre prontos a nos atender. Mesmo com a presença de um grupo famoso, o hotel não ficou tumultuado, apenas com barreiras na entrada para conter as fãs aglomeradas na rua. Fora isso, os cobertores estavm sujos e com furos! No […] nosso quarto tivemos até goteira e vazamento da banheira. O hotel não dispoe de wi-fi gratuíto e cada quarto em direito a 30 min diarios de acesso nos computadores do lobby, uma coisa absurda para os valores pagos pela diária! Tive um problema inical na hora do check in , porque o meu voucher dizia que tinha direito a um apartamento club leve, que eu escolhi e paguei por ele , e quando cheguei no hotel disseram me que minha tarifa era a tarifa classica. Depois de muita argumentação me deram algumas regalias do club leve , como cafe em uma sala mais exclusiva e um happy hour […] sem custos.
