I first stay at the Hyatt Taipei in 1997. At that time I was very very impress by the size and class of this hotel. I went back with my wife and kid for a short stay (3 nights). We usually stay in Tango or similar boutique hotel in Taipei. Hyatt was a default choice, but we gave it a chance due to the location. The interesting thing is that this hotel […] seems frozen in time ! Rooms have not been renovated since.... 1997 ? It give a nostalgia feeling of being back to the future. Clearly not a lot of investment have been done on this hotel. Wonder how long it will last until Hyatt realized they went off of their standard. Grand Hyatt provided amazing service to us whilst we were there. The ease of mind of knowing that they will punctually and competently serve all your requests is invaluable to the business traveller. The breakfast buffet was of above average quality, nothing to complain here. They are refurbishing the whole hotel. I got a cheap deal in the older rooms, […] whilst they were spacious, they were nowhere near five star quality. Closer to three star. This was disappointing. 観光目的で昨年に引き続き台北を訪れました。 前回はシャングリアに宿泊し部屋の広さ、バスルームの素晴らしさに非常に満足しましたが、今回宿泊したグランド・ハイヤットも同じランクのホテルだし同様の期待で宿泊しましたが・・・・・・ 部屋の広さはシャングリアの半分の広さ（普通の広さ）、バスルームも普通で、ややくたびれたホテルでした。宿泊費用は同じ位でしたから期待はずれでしたね。ただし上層階（２３階）に宿泊しましたのでチェックインも２２階でしましたし、コンシェルジェもそこにいて親切、朝食もそこで食べられて便利でした。ソフト面ではハイヤットがよかったですが、ハード面ではシャングリアが圧倒的によかったと思います。次回宿泊するならシャングリアを選択すると思います。 ビジネスで宿泊するのならハイヤットでもいい […] かと思いますが、それならもっと安いホテルのほうが満足できるんじゃないでしょうか？ ハイヤットにはマッサージもないし、近くを探すのも大変！ シャングリアはホテル内のエステも充実してるし、ホテルの周りにもマッサージ店が安くてありました。 Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

都合で最終日に1泊だけしました。早めの時間だったので荷物を預けようとしたら、そのままチェックインをしてもらえました。部屋は清潔で広々としていたのですが、形状がアルファベットのYの形をしており、ちょっと違和感を感じました。夜遅く帰ってきて寝ただけなのでホテル内の施設の充実度は分かりませんが、夜、買い物に出たときはコンビニが１軒あるだけでした。昼間に買い物や101に行くには便利ですが観光旅行で使うにはコストパフォーマンスがそれほど高いとは感じませんでした。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"台北タワー１０１以外の観光は遠い。可もなく不可もなくだけど、次は泊まらない。"
ビジネス街にあるため、台北タワー１０１以外の観光地、台湾最大の夜市、市街のレストランは少々遠い気がしました。駅もちょっと離れている感じだったので、移動は全てタクシーでしたが、タクシー代が嵩みます。 また、部屋（ツイン）の片側ベッドの枕２つが洗濯物の生乾きのような臭いでした。 言えば交換してくれると思いますが、面倒だったのでもう片方のベッドの枕を１つ借りて寝ました。（一つのベッドに枕2つ） ホテルのプールですが、写真で想像していたほど大きくなく、それを競泳用プールのようにロープで3つに区切ってあり、いわゆる優雅なリゾートプールな気分は味わえませんでした。 また、現在（２０１１年10月）外壁工事中らしく、部屋の机上に、朝9時（だったかな？）から、夕方までプライバシーの為にカーテンを閉めて下 […] さいという趣旨のカードが置いてありました。でも、滞在中、工事の人と鉢合わせした事はありませんでした。（１９階へ宿泊） ロビーのお土産店に翡翠などのアクセサリーのお店があるのですが、そこの店員さんが、とてもしつこく、ハイアットのホテルの中とは思えない、対応でびっくりしました。 台湾だから当たり前、と言えば当たり前ですが、アジアにありがちな、なんとか売りつけようと必死で、買いませんでしたが、最後は勝手に値段を下げてきて、3分の1位の値段を言っていました。 ホテル受付のスタッフ、部屋の掃除、広さは普通に満足でした。 衛生面も、枕以外、日本レベルの綺麗さがあり、満足でした。 グランドデラックスツインに宿泊しましたが、観光の場合、立地、価格、他、相対的に考えると、私的には次は違う所に泊まるつもりでいます。 台湾3回目 Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"意外と交通の便良し"
市政府駅から徒歩15分と聞いていましたが、実際には連絡橋で駅から濡れずに歩くこともでき、市庁舎の目の前まで地下道で行けたり、また台北101までの無料バスに乗ってアクセスできたり、と思ったよりも交通の便がよかったです。建物自体は年季が入っている感じですが、フレンドリーなスタッフのおかげで快適に過ごすことができました。Genuine Expedia guest review

客房電制設計很奇怪, 一個電制控制全房燈光, 只能全開或全關, 但洗手間燈就相反, 只能在關了全房燈先能開, 在開了全房燈情況下不能開洗手間燈.....晚上我把洗手間燈關掉打算睡覺, 但卻自動又亮了 !!! 風筒用了約 5 分鐘就因為過熱用不了。房門隔音非常差, 我房間面對酒店員工通道, 早上員工出入開關門聲把我們吵醒, 我甚至連員工交談的每字每句都能清楚聽見。 我是很滿意酒店員工服務態度及質素, 但酒店客房設計非常有問題, 根本不值要付此等昂貴價錢, 我不會再住Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"台北ではいいホテルだと思います"
家族で大人3人で利用したました。 母が広い部屋がいいといったので、グランドスイートキングのお部屋にしました。 寝室とリビングが別の部屋になっていたので、3人のペースがちがくても気にならなくて良かったです。 また、バスとトイレが2つずつあったのも洗面所の取り合いにならずよかったです。 寝室はキングサイズのベッドがひとつでしたが、リクエスト通り簡易ベッドを用意してくれたので3人とも広々と寝ることが出来ました。 ただ、新しいホテルではないので、若干ソファーなど使用感を感じました。 直前に予約したので、きれいなホテルでスイートであの価格はちょうど良かったのではないかと思います。 ホテル全体は吹き抜けがある分ロビーが広々と開放感があったのでよかったです。Genuine Expedia guest review
"１０１の裏、そしてプール"
滞在中はプールで遊んでいましたが、１２月の下旬ですが屋外プールで泳いでいました。 何故かというと、プールが３０℃くらいに温めてあるからです。 少し抵抗がありましたが、とても快適でした。 プール以外のサウナ、バスがとても心地良いです。 是非、行って見て下さい。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
