To sum up our stay in Barra da Lagoa and Buzios in general, would you say is a paradise for paradise .... We spent a perfect week! incredible breakfast, full, rich, varied, fresh and quality. In the room we received the bed with rose petals! super comfortable, with hammocks to pleasure, comfortable bed, TV (with a few channels on purpose! but super […] fun programs) super cold fridge. Pool and a bar with two men to serve super divine! Treated us really well since we arrived until we left. Divine staff. We even made friends! who would say. Very well located, though it is on a busy street, super quiet to relax. And to walk right in the middle of everything, near downtown, beaches and even a service station in case you felt like a snack. "Average place but charged higher end."
For the price it wasn't worth it, friends of ours just turned up and found a much better place and cheaper. But it was clean enough and the staff were friendly.. so if you get the right price it would be worth it. But the room was a bit smelly and it missed a little attention to detail (just poor planning when it was built I guess), I mean for example […] who designs a plug hole at the high end of the floor!? El Hotel Barra de Lagoa es una pequeña posada para pasar unos días en buzíos, sin mayores comodidades, pero con todo lo necesario. Una ventaja es su ubicación, cercana al centro, dato importante porque buzíos es mucho más grande de lo que uno puede imaginar. Una de las personas del hotel, Gabriel, nos ayudó bastante con recomendaciones sobre lugares […] para visitar, tanto en buzíos como en RJ. Otra ventaja del hotel, para nosotros, es que se habla español, algo que no se consigue en RJ. "apartamento sem manutenção"
Muito boa a estadia pelo fato do hotel ser perto do centro e oferecerem vans gratuitas até algumas praias. Mas o quarto que eu fiquei estava cheio de teias de aranha, secador de cabelo estragado, torneira do banheiro com vazamento, box do chuveiro mal vedado, por isso após cada banho o chão de todo banheiro ficava alagado.
