Sleazy man that crosses so many professional boundaries its not even funny. Rude women who refuses to clean a plate for you to eat breakfast as she is busy eating herself. Our room looked nothing like the photos and we had to contend with the staff drinking downstairs, people clomping up the stairs and a shower that didn't know what temperature we asked […] of it. Sunrise hotel should be punished. When I arrived at Istanbul thinking that I reserved a hotel which I didthrough hot els.com, the employee of the hotel showed me my resevation but told me that he doubled booked me leaving me on the street on wednesday 1st june, which was the beginning of a long holiday wk end. Its neibouring hotel Artefes hotel was […] kind to give us accomodation for two nightsbut on friday we had to look for another hotel.Artefes hotel was really great and i recommend it to everyone but since it was booked from friday onwards I had to look for another hotel for the last days. Thiswas terrible since I thought that I had organised my accomodating to save my mother from all these worries.All the hotels in istanbul were packed during the wk end and I spent 5 hours looking for a place to sleep. Don't reserve sunrise hotel if you depend on it to keep a room for you! I was very dissapointed and no one took the responsability to look for another hotel for us!!!
