There was a lot wrong with this hotel, and it does not deserve to have a 4 star rating at all. When I arrived, my room was not ready and I had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes. Throughout my stay, the people at the reception were unhelpful at worst and indifferent about things at best. The room, once cleaned, was only adequately so. The sink was […] broken, and a room change request was denied since they were "too full". Over the next three days, the room and bathroom were never cleaned properly, and the hand towels were never replaced. Also, the A/C seemed to have a mind of its own and would remain stuck at various temperatures, even after someone came in and "fixed" it. As for location, it is a good 12 minute walk from Nana station. On the plus side, they have a complimentary tuk tuk service from the hotel to the station. Also, the breakfast was good, with quite a variety of things. Overall, not worth the money, and should best be a 2.5 star hotel. Read more

I booked this hotel based on the reviews of others, but I have to say I can't recommend it, and without a doubt there are better places to stay for less in the area. My room was large but quite shabby. The bathroom certainly wasn't as good as some of the photos on the site and despite being a relatively new hotel was already showing serious signs of […] wear and tear. The room wasn't dusted nor were the sheets changed. I was more concerned when I sat reading in bed and noticed small insects leaping across the sheets. I realise this is Bangkok but they looked suspiciously like bugs. I squashed a few on the sheets and went and told reception but they didn't have any more free rooms. Suffice to say the sheets weren't changed the next day. The reception staff never smiled nor greeted me except on checking in/out. The rest of the time they sat around ignoring everybody, which is so unusual for Bangkok. Maybe because I was on my own they assumed I'd return late at night, drunk and with a "friend". No to all of that. The pool was very tiny which wasn't a problem except the seating area became a magnet for the smokers who chose to use that area rather that the designated smoking area at the front of the hotel. Ich habe insgesamt drei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht,1x bei Anreise, 2x bei Abreise. Ruhige Lage, Lärm von der Strasse in den Zimmern kaum vernehmbar. Thailandtypische Leichtbauweise, daher Geräusche aus den Nebenzimmern und Gang wahrnehmbar, Die Deluxe-Zimmer sind 28 m2 groß, die Ausstattung ist okay. Die Sauberkeit des Rooms war zufriendstellend, […] im Badezimmer wurde mit der Reinigung etwas geschlampt. Insbesondere viele Kalkflecken vorhanden. Es gibt eklatante Probleme im Servicebereich. Beim Einchecken stellte ich das Fehlen des In-Room-Safes statt. Man versprach mir sofort Abhilfe mit einer mobilen Variante (naja...). Dieses Versprechen wurde trotz Nachfrage nicht eingehalten. Begründung: Das Hotel sei voll ausgebucht, keine freie Safety-Box mehr vorhanden. Das Servicepersonal im Bereich der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich und kurz angebunden. Beim Einchecken bekam ich nur die Zutrittskarte in die Hand gedrückt und durfte mir meinen Weg zum Raum inkl. Gebäck selber suchen. Der beworbene und versprochene freie Tuk-Tuk-Service zur Nana Station war zum Teil nicht verfügbar. Bei der Abreise bat ich an der Rezeption ein Taxi mit Meter zu rufen. Ich wurde auf ein bereits vor der Tür stehendes Taxi verwiesen. Auf die Frage nach dem Einschalten des Meters meinte der Herr von der Rezeption es wäre kapuut und man würde mich zum Festpreis für 400 THB zum Airport fahren. Üblicherweise kostet die Fahrt aber inkl. Maut aus der Suk Soi 4 zum Aiport max. 300 THB. Read more

stadthotel in bangkok, große glastüren jedoch voll mit fingerabdrücken, ausflüge und touren können direkt im hotel gebucht werden, sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, vorallem die badezimmer machen einen sehr schmuddeligen eindruck. betten und der rest waren jedoch sauber. der safe sollte nicht benutzt werden, da dieser einfach nur im schrank liegt […] und mit samt dem inhalt weggetragen werden KÖNNTE. frühstück ist sehr einseitig mit kleiner auswahl. beim frühstück bekommt man das gefühl das doch sehr viele sextouristen das hotel besuchen. diese sind jedoch ruhig. Positivt: Hyggelig betjening som gjorde det de kunne for at vi skulle få et bra opphold. Negativt: Vi skulle akkurat til å sovne da jeg ble bitt av et sengedyr. Da vi skrudde på lyset så var hele senga full av senge-innsekter. Dette var skikkelig ekkelt. . VI fikk byttet rom og de ga oss en suite istedet. ホテル自体は悪くはないが、先ずロケーションが最悪。場所がわからず、迷ってしまったタクシードライバーもいた。インターネットが有料（費用はしれているが）の上、日本語インプットができない。フロントに抗議したが、オーナーがいうことを聞いてくれない、という弁明しかない。 朝食もお粗末。このホテルだけの問題ではないかもしれないが、暑いに日中に停電した。 唯一良かったのは、従業員が素朴で一生懸命に働いていることぐらい。小さなホテルの特色だろう。ただし、このホテルを４スターにする理由が全く分からない。

Die Klimaanlage war veraltet und laut, so dass man sie nachts nicht laufen lassen konnte. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man konnte praktisch beim Nachbarzimmer mit Fernseh gucken. Handtücher waren löchrig und zu alt. Einzig positive das freie Wifi.

El personal es realmente encantador, te ayudan en todo lo que pueden y se esfuerzan por entender tus necesidades. Aparte de esto, el hotel en si no vale mucho, la limpieza brilla por su ausencia en las habitaciones y hay mucho ruido aunque la ventana no de a la calle principal.
