This is the second time I am staying at Fourpoint Sheraton Bangkok. First of all the location is fantastic, it is about 6 to 7 minutes walk to Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT stations. Terminal 21 mall is about 5 minutes walk away and it is a really nice mall with interesting shops and nice eating places. The hotel staffs are always warm and happy to help, […] and they are quick to respond to my requests. The standard rooms are very spacious and can accommodate 2 queen size beds. The bathroom is very spacious and the layout is very well thought of. I can be soaking in the bathtub and watching TV at the same time if I slide open the bathroom door. This was a very nice hotel for the price. The gym was clean and organized and the rooftop pool was unique but not conducive to lap swimming. Breakfast and coffee were excellent with a very friendly and helpful staff.

The Four Points Sheraton enjoys an excellent location in the heart of Sukhumvit. I stayed there a few weeks after it opened in early 2011 and it has matured well. My room was very quiet ,spotless and the electronics work, including the internet with an excellent signal. The staff is attentive and the food has improved dramatically. The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive. The breakfast buffet was quite good with a lot of variety of both western and asian dishes. The location is excellent. We found it quite easy to get around with easy access to the mall (Terminal 21 mall) and the Skytrain. We expect to stay here each time we visit Bangkok!

Newly remodeled hotel, clean and quiet. But bathroom smells of sewer gas which isn't likely dangerous, just unpleasant. Additional services are expensive. E.g. wi-fi is free in most lesser hotels in Bangkok, but at 4 Points it's $14 plus a day. You can get free wifi in the lobby which is less than convenient. The passwords are cumbersome and are obtained […] from the front desk a couple of days at a time.... in my case three for a six day stay. The sign in process is not exactly intuitive. The desk folks are helpful but clearly overburdened without having to provide IT service. Laundry is also expensive. Three t shirts and two dress shirts cost $30. Read more

Our room was on the 7th floor just below the bar (and band). We were disturbed by the music, which lasts until 2 AM. I reported the problem to the front desk, and Sue, the night manager, shifted us to a quiet room, while allowing us to keep our things in our original room. Next afternoon, she shifted us into a upgraded garden suite which was both quieter […] and nicer than our original suite. Many thanks to Sue for looking after us! When we first checked in, I was informed that we would not get breakfast. I was certain that I had paid for breakfast, and called Expedia. Expedia then called the hotel to confirm that this was the case. My husband and I stayed our last few days of his R and R at this hotel and we could not have picked a better place.The hotel was extremely clean and the entire staff was very welcoming and helpful. Front office and conceige staff were warm and very helpful. We enjoyed the free 'tuk tuk' service to the BTS station and nearby areas. Kids loved the popcorns. The lobby is uncluttered and welcoming. Hotel was just off the main Sukhumvit Road. Was very pleasant and clean with a lovely roof top bar and pool on the top floor. The room was very large - we initially had problems when we checked in as we had requested a twin room that was no smoking. When we arrived, they said that they only had double rooms that were non smoking. They said that they […] would put in an extra bed in that room. We were not happy to be honest as the extra bed took up too much room. Went down to complain again and what do you know, they miraculously had a non smoking twin room. We had drinks and food at the roof top bar which was nice (although a little overpriced). As we did not have breakfast included in our price, we went to the food court (brunch by the time we got up) at the Terminal 21 shopping mall. Food there was great and dead cheap. Most of my meals were no more than 50 Baht including a soft drink. Read more

If its shopping on Sukhumvit Road or the bars and restaurants that you are after then this hotel is ideally placed - in between Asok and Nana sky train stations. No more than a few minutes walk from both. Loved the hotel and the service was fantastic. The Sky bar and pool on the 8th floor offered a brilliant experience and for sun worshippers you get […] the sun from morning to late afternoon. Happy Hours, promotions, live music and western style bar - loved it. We had previously booked 1 night at the famous Lebua Hotel at more than double the price - much preferred our experience at the Four Points of Sheraton. Although this hotel is very good, it is expensive by Bangkok standards. Internet is not free. People paying standard rates for this hotel will be disappointed. The building is not very tall and is surrounded by other buildings giving rooms gloomy outlooks.

This rather new hotel (1 year old) is just around the corner of Sukhumvit Road. It is very close to the Skytrain (Asoke Station), a great department store (Robinson) and a brand new shopping mall (Terminal 21) with lots of restaurants and a food court. The rooms in the hotel are still in a very good condition, as they are quite new. The bed is comfortable, […] the bathroom has got a shower and a bathtub. The hotel also features a nice rooftop bar (AmBar) - not as fancy as Sky Bar or Vertigo Bar, but very comfortable and cosy. The overall design of the hotel is fresh, modern without being cold. All in all I got the impression from the other guests that everybody was just quite happy to be there. Also, the staff is very friendly and attentive (although this is the case with most hotels in Thailand), check-in and check-out were super quick. I can find no fault with this hotel, they have just done everything right here - that's why I stayed there four times already, although it is only little more than one year old. Read more

We enjoyed our 4 nights stay. The room was very comfortable clean and with great service.Fabulous follow up on anything we asked for. Breakfasts were great and would please many. After an exhausting 24 hours of travel, we felt very comfortable checking into the Four Points. The room was clean, spacious and very modern. Free Internet was available in the lobby at two computer stations, which was convenient for booking future hotels and transportation, as well as looking up local attractions. We felt almost at home at the Four Points by Sheraton Bangkok-Sukhumvit. Starting with the check-in, all reception staff (and concierge) were extremely friendly, helpful, courteous, and always going the extra mile to make us happy. Well-designed place, excellent quality food, very spacious and thought-through rooms (we had one of the master suites […] as a free upgrade though, so might not apply to all rooms) with great floor-to-ceiling glass bathrooms, showers and jacuzzis in-room. Also enjoyed the rooftop terrace with pool, bar and lounge areas a lot. If you want to be close to business and shopping destinations in Sukhumvit, this is perfectly located - if you are after the "nightlife" centered around Silom, a bit off. Anyway there's a Skytrain and Metro station in walking distance, so you can get where you need to without the usual traffic jams, except you insist on spending two hours in an air-conditioned limo rather than 10 minutes in one of the public transportation options. All in all, perfect value for money and a very nice and upscale hotel for a 4-star category. Recommended! Read more
