バンコクに住んでいたときには「え〜!ソイ41なんて、不便!」と 思っていたけど、最寄り駅には近いし、スーパーも近いし、何かと便利でした。 タクシーもホテルの前にたむろしてたり、歩いてもパクソイまでたいした距離 じゃあないし、もしかして、最寄りのプロンポン駅近くでは一番便利な場所かも 知れないと・・。勿論、新しいシティホテルなんで、清潔だし、明るいし、 スタッフも若いので全体的に明るいイメージ。タイ風のインテリアを好むなら、 インペリアルとかになってしまうけど、清潔さをのぞむなら、アデルフィおすすめです。朝食もほどほどにメニューが充実していて、大満足!コスパまる!!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Hotel de Bangkok"
Tres bon hotel, tres bien situe speciallement si vous avez des enfants et ne souhaitez pas les confronter a certaines visions de Bngkok. C'est sur que j'y retournerai lors d'un prochain sejour. "I don't kwon why people give 9 or 10 point"
Actually, we have 3 girls stay 5 days in the hotel and we found that there are 3 main points that we must list out. 1.-Air conditioner system-There was no instruction for guest to operate the panel, for example: the room temp was 25 degree automatically, but it dropped down to 18 or 19 degree in the midnight, its freezing and that happened in the first […] 2 days, on day 3 we ask for help at the front desk, the officer send a technician to help us, however, due to the communication problem we cant understand and they cant solve our problem. Then we change to another room, the question is same and not solve, finally one of the technician know what we are saying and explain to us clearly that the panel needs around 20 mins. to adjust the temp. if we have mark down it to 18/19 degree before, then the air-cond. will down to it in midnight. 2-Bath room-the towel rack felt down twice a day in room, technician fixed it and felt again at night. The bath tube design was really bad and not user friendly , due to no shower curtain provided we have to stand back from the faucet and hold the shower nozzle to avid the water splashed out on the floor; however the floor still got wet eventually. We just thought that the bath tube was leaking but after checked by the technician, he confirmed that the bath tube condition was good and not broken. Finally we found it out the main course is the stupid design. The water was leaking from the bath tube rims, and the water will be fill out when we have shower. so we have to request extra shower towels to put on the rims to absorb the water. Its annoying and not environmental friendly. 3-Front Desk officers - Actually our english is not good enough, but we do know simple english to express ourselves, however its a bit difficult to communicate with some of the front dest staffs, they dont know what we said even though we wrote it down.
