"Find better/cheaper options elsewhere--poor service"
I have stayed in many guesthouses and budget hotels throughout Thailand (several times in Bangkok), Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Rooms: Clean, but very poorly maintained, if at all. The bathroom drain drained exceptionally slowly--the floor would be covered in 2-3cm of water. The fridge leaked a lot of water on the floor one night. The A/C was extremely […] noisy, old, and had one temperature: frigid. Service: Overall--poor. The housekeeping service was good and proactive in fixing the A/C machine from not-working back to frigid. The front desk, however was not particularly helpful. Needing to extend our stay by an extra day, they had us re-book a new reservation on Expedia rather than accommodating us at the front desk. Breakfast: Consistently running out of food with very slow service. Quality was not particularly great either. Location: about 5-7 minutes walk from the Nana BTS station and very convenient. Overall, the hotel quality is what I have paid for at guesthouses elsewhere, at half the price, and much more accommodating service. I would not recommend this hotel to any one because of the service we got at this hotel. Showers are in a very bad condition, elevators some time stuck on the way and most of all breakfast is very limited. What I mean by limited is when you want to get something to eat you never find at that time. You will have to wait for 5 to 10 minutes until they […] cook and bring it. The room I stayed was not cleaned up. The was a water pet bottle which someone drank in the room. When I ran a shower, the stained red water with rust came out. In addition, when I flush the toilet, the tank was broken as a result bathroom floor became wet. I complained the manager, he said there was no more room and no fee deduction. Der Zimmerservice wenn es überhaubt einen gab arbeitete überhaubt nicht, da die Zimmer und der Rest dieses Hotels in einem erbärmlichen Zustand ist. Der Kaffee war mehr Wasser als Kaffee, der Saft schmeckte nach Chlorwasser und der Rest war ungenießbar. Geht auf die Straße zum frühstücken. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig und mann sollte sie unbedingt absperren, da es sein kann daß nächtlicher Besuch zu ihnen ins Zimmer will. Mehr brauche ich zu dieser Absteige wohl nicht mehr schreiben. "Worst hotell ever."
I searched on hotels.com for ONE room with FOUR bed. On our paper says that I will get one president svit with one living room and two bedrooms, When I came there the hotell gave me two rooms. They said the room with four beds is not available at this moment (only after 3rd january, I check out 2nd january) so I felt cheated. I dont even cared to ask […] for the money back (because they gave us another kind of room) because I felt so sorry for them. It was quite cheap too. First room: - No warm water to shower (they have to go to our room to shower) - The toilet was broken and it ran water of it evetytime we flush. - Smell of ciggarettes (new, not old, I guess is the hotell staff who smoked), the ashtray had some ciggarettes left. and was not empty. Second room: - The keycard cannot use to the room. Something wrong with the battery. So everytime I want to come in, I have to call the staff, Lucky that I got one room extra, so I have to go to the first room first to call the staff. It was very annoying. - One of the soap was open. Used by another customer already? - Only one towel in the bathroom instead of two on the first day. - I got lots of mosquito bites after the first night. It later shows that the balcony was open 3cm. The staff forgot to close it. - High old music plays around 9 o´clock. Cannot turn it off. The speaker was stuck on the roof and we could not find any bottom to turn off the sound. Hotell: - Most disgusting pool ever. The water was so grey what I woundnt dare to touch the water. - I ask to borrow a scale to check the kilos of my luggage from the staff, the hotell dosent have! Even the cheapest motel have! - The hotell says they have wirelsss internet. I tried for three days but it dosent work at all! The staff gave me pin code and everything but it just dosent work.
