I have stayed here many times and everytime I am happy with the staff and facilities. It is quite far down the soi off the main road but at night it is very quiet. Rooms, location, breakfast, everything was great! I traveled Vietnam before staying at this location and bought some pictures. I left the tube of pictures in the lobby when I departed from the hotel. This is my 2nd visit at Aspen within the last 2 months. Always like this hotel cos the room are bigger than most big hotels. Staffs are friendly and always willing to help. Is average. The only plus point I would say are the beds which are comfortable. The door locks are not in good working condition though and had problems entering the room on several occasions My friends also had problems with the toilet and they also did not open the safe in their room even though they had no problems on the first few days. Fint hotell nära action på sukhumvit rd, Andra gången jag bor där, behöver nog en liten ansiktslyft snart. Poolen är lite liten och solen når bara dit en kort stund på dagen. + gratis wifi internet på rummen.
