Good location, great views and friendly staff are the winning aspects of this great looking hotel.This was our 6th trip to Bangkok and 5th hotel in this wonderful city. Of all of the hotels we have stayed in it is in the top 3. The hotel is modern, clean and has wonderful views. Our only criticism would be that there was no milk (either fresh or UHT) […] or an iron & board available (both generally available in all of the better hotels). Getting milk turned into a soap opera experience but after 3 calls we were finally able to receive some. Being able to use the fitness centre facilities, after checkout and prior to leaving Bangkok, was a pleasant experience - due to the reception staff who were all very friendly. 鄰近BTC Siam和Chit Lom两站。1.Siam就比較近，10至15分鐘路程，是走地面的。我記得是Siam Bts 5號出口，有天橋相連到Siam Paragon的商場，之後下地面，找停車場進出的那條路，沿著走到直路盡頭，分叉路口轉右直走5分鐘便是了。2.而Chit Lom就是先去Cenctrl World商場，即Chit Lom Bts 9號出口經Skywalk可達商場，之後從商場的某高層可穿過去，可到達23樓的Check in大堂，我忘記了是哪層了，可問商場咨詢台。也可以從商場地面那層走過去，有指示牌的，能去到酒店地面的大門！因為商場非常大，Skywalk非常長，所有有行李的時候得20分鐘以上才能到酒店！其實酒店那麼高，特別是晚上的時候，Bts两站都能看見它的頂部!離開去新機場時，樓下服務生會幫你接的士過去門口，多數的士司機都不願意打表去機場的，大約開400至600銖不等！服務生會繼續招手叫的士過來！最後我是打表去的，不塞車，高速需自付45銖，剛才两個服務生各20銖小費，因為有行李，起表已是60銖起的，去新機場幾乎全高速，表跳到255銖。合算車資300銖，小費40銖。我住32樓高級房，酒店景觀非常不錯及開陽，夜景可看到很美的城市景！位於酒店55樓的Red […] Sky 以及56樓的Red Sky Bar都是出名看夜景的地方。餐廳消費約1000銖，酒吧約400銖。浴室有圓型的浴缸，還提供了起泡泡的浴具以Spa鹽！房間内每天提供4瓶玻璃瓶的飲用水。酒店的泳池一流，位於26樓戶外，大型而且景觀又美！PS:泳池可以點餐，當然貴，可很好吃，叫一個泰式沙津約250銖，值得一吃！服務員會問你需不需要辣的，結果小辣也很辣，就叫了一瓶水。在沒有看Manu的情況下，原來只有知名山泉水要280銖-_-#加上加一又加稅的情況下已6xx了！總體上酒店很棒！值得一住！ Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Centara Grand at Central Word - excellent hotel"
The hotel is very good, has an excellent location next to the biggest shopping malls in the city. Open air swimming pool on the 24th floor has a special atmosphere. The highest Sky bar I have ever been - floor 54 ! Very attentive personell, good cuisine - offernig both Thai and continetal food.
