We oftedn use this hotel when we stay Bangkok for a night or so. The location is very convenient as there are train stations, shopping center with supermarket, and convience stores nearby. This hotel is excellent value for money, only 1min to Sky train, took 45mins to go to airport and similar time to return. Close to all amenities with new shopping mall recently opened next door to hotel. One can actually walk almost all the way under cover to Soi Cowboy for some night life. "Had to Wait!!!"
Hotel's staff was not ready to take a responsibility. When I reached the hotel, I had to wait around 15min. because there was no staff at the front desk.(Her name is Ms. Thikithran, maybe) And they charged 6.5USD from my credit card without any reason!!!
