Shinsen Sushi Bar - Located on level 11 of Tower A. Open for lunch and dinner. Intimate setting with miniature garden.
An outdoor freeform pool with adjoining garden and sun terrace is located on level 11 of the hotel. "Nobody should stay in this hotel"

"Stinky and dirty"
Hotels.com advertised a superior room with king bed, got there and they said that they do not have a superior room with king bed and then just told us to push the beds together. "Dirty, uncleaned rooms, do not stay here!!"
We stayed two different nights in two different rooms and the second room was absolutely filthy. There were holes and stains on the walls. Dirty, bloody curtains, moldy shower tub amd there were no sheets on the bed. Housekeeping gave us on sheet to sleep with which we didnt sleep well with considering we knew the sheets were not washed and were dirty. […] There were ants in the room as well. Im sure there had to be other bugs too. The breakfast is alright but there are some really weird and not so tasteful items. You have to manually checkout in order to leave the hotel which takes about 30 min even if you are trying to get a cab to the airport. Bellmen also do not help with your bags. I couldn't stay there because the room they gave me simply did not work. You name it, the phone, lights and A/C did not work and it was over 100 degrees in the room. "Horrible Experience"
After being assigned a room in building C, I was told that my luggage would be brought up to my room in 20 minutes. My luggage never made it. The A/C did not work. The lights did not work. The TV did not work. The phone did not work. It was over 100 degrees in the room so I went don't to where I checked in and checked out the same day. I went down stairs […] to see my suitcase sitting where I left it. The guy downstairs said he called my room and got no answer so he left the suitcase there instead of checking to see if there was a problem. I'll never book the Prince Palace ever again. "Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in"
Staff barely spoke English so it was extremely difficult to get any useful advice. The hotel is in a terrible location unless you like shopping for poor quality clothing from the hundreds of stalls that take up the first 7 floors of the hotels two towers and outside for as far as you can see. 3 and half stars is way way too much for this hotel. Stuff was extremely unfriendly and rude. Not at all friendly as in Thailand normally they are. Pool was small and other pool had just few sunbeds. Byttet rom 3 ganger. De første rommene var møkkete, flekker på veggen, brukt q-tips på gulvet, møkkete dusj/badekar, masse mugg på badet og vond lukt. Rekommenderar Inte! Dålig och otrevlig personal, frukostbuffen gick knappt att äta och när det var 5 min kvar gick dom och slog i en "ko-klocka". Dom hade någon anställd(sa han själv, och han va där varje dag) som kallade sig för Uncle Jorge som ville köra oss i taxi. "Huge chinese style hotel"
Huge hotel, chinese style, bad lobby service if any, no greetings. Breakfast pretty boring, Suite was ok size, but again styled in a chinese way. Though rooms was clean it had certainly seen better days - same for the hotel in general. Location is not so convenient, far from bts but taxi's are available. We were very satisfied with this hotel. We are a family of four and chose a two-bedroom suite. This hotel was one of the best value for quality hotels we have ever tried in Thailand (about fifteen years' experience).
