"Stinky and dirty"
Hotels.com advertised a superior room with king bed, got there and they said that they do not have a superior room with king bed and then just told us to push the beds together. "Dirty, uncleaned rooms, do not stay here!!"
We stayed two different nights in two different rooms and the second room was absolutely filthy. There were holes and stains on the walls. Dirty, bloody curtains, moldy shower tub amd there were no sheets on the bed. Housekeeping gave us on sheet to sleep with which we didnt sleep well with considering we knew the sheets were not washed and were dirty. […] There were ants in the room as well. Im sure there had to be other bugs too. The breakfast is alright but there are some really weird and not so tasteful items. You have to manually checkout in order to leave the hotel which takes about 30 min even if you are trying to get a cab to the airport. Bellmen also do not help with your bags. "Horrible Experience"
After being assigned a room in building C, I was told that my luggage would be brought up to my room in 20 minutes. My luggage never made it. The A/C did not work. The lights did not work. The TV did not work. The phone did not work. It was over 100 degrees in the room so I went don't to where I checked in and checked out the same day. I went down stairs […] to see my suitcase sitting where I left it. "Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in"
Staff barely spoke English so it was extremely difficult to get any useful advice. The hotel is in a terrible location unless you like shopping for poor quality clothing from the hundreds of stalls that take up the first 7 floors of the hotels two towers and outside for as far as you can see. Byttet rom 3 ganger. De første rommene var møkkete, flekker på veggen, brukt q-tips på gulvet, møkkete dusj/badekar, masse mugg på badet og vond lukt. We were very satisfied with this hotel. We are a family of four and chose a two-bedroom suite. This hotel was one of the best value for quality hotels we have ever tried in Thailand (about fifteen years' experience).
