"A thoroughly unsatisfactory experience."
Every aspect of the hotel was unacceptable; so much so that I called hotels.com whom I had booked through, and related my dissatisfaction with the accommodation to them. We had booked a 4 night stay, but by the end of the first day I knew I wanted to leave. Hotels.com was great. I had prepared a list of complaints and shortcomings to justify my request […] for a refund, but hotels.com said if you're that unhappy they would credit back the unused 3 nights. I no longer have the list, so rather than iterating the shortcomings, I'll just say, "Don't stay at the Furama Silom, or any of the other three Bangkok Furama properties; there are so many other great hotels in Bangkok".
