The Peninsula Hotel,Bangkok is first class all the way.The staff are exceptional and go out of their way to ensure that the guests are satisfied and... enjoying their stay. We enjoy the balcony rooms which are located in the centre of the hotel with great views of the Chao Phraya river. There's always something to view on the river, whether it's the hotels boats ferrying guests or the huge barges plying their wares or the colourful long boats or public ferries. In a building designed for optimal views, The Peninsula Bangkok puts the beauty of Chao Phraya river on display in all guestrooms. Free WiFi throughout the hotel makes researching local attractions easy, and the free hotel ferry makes getting to them a breeze.

since i get out from the car beautifull and nice lady waiting for us take care my reservation really fast my firts experience i have like that from now on this is gonna be my hotel to get in and out in thailand, i know now why part of the movie of hangover was record here, love you guys keep doing like that, ohh forgot breakfast fantastic AAA.....

We've stayed at other places in Bangkok but nothing matches the Peninsula. If you are staying in Bangkok the best location is on the river - great for the ferry boats to many places of interest. Plus the Peninsula runs constant ferry across the River - to the Oriental hotel (wonderful location for romantic dinner watching the river activity) and to […] the Skytrain stop (very handy). Weather in November can be wet - we had a few thunderstorms. Someone who had just arrived from Phuket said "We had no rain" - but now we are on the island of Phuket Tuesday, 27th Nov (the rainy season should be over) - we had torrential rain all day and heavy 3 or 4 hours of rain every day. Perhaps December is as early as we would try it next time - however it is much cooler with the cloudy skies. Read more

The room is well decorated. We upgraded our room to a suite which consists of an adjoining living rm and the river view is fantastic! Det är andra gången vi bor på Peninsula. Fina rum, alla med utsikt mot floden. Hög service, bra faciliteter och härligt poolområde. Läget vid floden är härligt, då det kan bli ganska varmt i Bangkok så är det skönt med lite fläktande vindar...Tveka inte om ni funderar. Peninsula är toppen!

Vi bodde fem nätter på vår väg hem från en sex veckor lång vistelse i Thailands ö-värld. Hotellet tillhör definitivt Bangkoks toppskikt och rankas redan som ett klassiskt hotell trots sin relativt ringa ålder. Det finns absolut inget att klaga på när det gäller hotellet i sin helhet, men inredningen och känslan i lobbyn upplever vi inte håller riktigt […] samma höga klass som en del av hotellets konkurrenter. Känns lite murrigt nittiotal och inte så snyggt och exklusivt som vi förväntade oss av Bangkoks högst rankade hotell. Dessutom är möbleringen helt fel för en lobby lounge enligt vår mening. En annan sak att se upp för är de yttersta rummen på respektive våningsplan, dvs rum nr. 1 och 12. Helt ok rum, men man missar till stor del den spektakulära utsikten som övriga rum har som är riktade mer rakt mot floden och med Bangkoks skyline i bakgrunden. Vi fick ett "sidorum" när vi checkade in, men bytte efter en natt till ett rum med bättre utsikt och både rummet och utsikten var mycket bättre. Vissa hävdar även att hotellet ligger på fel sida floden, men hotellet har båtar som kör i konstant skytteltrafik över floden så det är inget problem. Fördelen är som tidigare nämnt den spektakulära utsikten som hotellen på motsatta sidan floden helt går miste om. Dessutom relativt nära sevärdheterna längs floden, vilket känns som merparten. Grym service Kvälls buffén var av hög klass Fin svit Smidigt att ta gratisbåteen över till andra sidan floden när man ville. Mycket bra limoservice o prisvärt så man slipper alla taxiförare som inte kan engelska och inte hittar till bra restauranger och barer.

曼谷半島酒店，交通十分便利，飯店坐船至中央碼頭，不管是搭交通船去大皇宮或是搭乘BTS都十分方便，從半島酒店房間窗外望去，看者湄南河，享受難得的寧靜與安詳，感覺真好
