At Panta Phuket

The bath room was dirty, the AC did not work and the staff could not figure out why. There was broken baseboards and crown molding in the room that look like it was gnawed by ants or some other creature. I was tired and just got in to Thailand, otherwise I would have asked for another room.

First impression of this hotel was fantastic. A very warm welcome and then showed to our room and what facilities were in there. The grounds and pool area are stunning. The disadvantage of our room was the shower (over bath) would flood our entire bathroom floor and there is no way to stop it due to it's design. During dinner the hotel provided some […] "entertainment" in the form of a Man singing with his guitar, and a massive sound system. It wasn't very in keeping with the theme of the hotel which they say themselves in their in-room brochure as "a quiet and relaxing experience." We retired to our room which had the bedroom window approx 10metres from where this man was performing. It got to 10.30pm and he was still going even though we could see there was nobody there in the open-air restaurant area! A quick call to reception informed me that he would be going on until Midnight! Pointless!! When it got to about 11pm I went to reception in person to ask for another room further away from this area (as I'm sure some rooms at the back of the resort would have been more sheltered from this) but was given a blantant "no" because the hotel was supposedly full. Which seemed odd as it appeared to be about 5% full! After a restless night on the hard bed (3 pillows for the two of us) we went for breakfast which was included. Sadly the open-air area where it was served was teeming with flies and insects all over the uncovered fruit so we avoided that, and stuck to the toast! Read more

出来て8年しかたっていないにも関わらず、設備はボロボロである。レストランも高くてまずい。オープン時はオーストラリアのホテルのフランチャイズだったが、まもなくタイローカルファミリーの独自経営になり、この有様である。設備に我慢すれば、雰囲気はそこそこで静か、値段が安いのは魅力である。スタッフはのんびりしているが悪気はないので許せる範囲。プールは美しい。子供を含めた家族5人で滞在したが、パトンの喧騒やいかがわしさから離れてのんびりするにはよいところ。1週間滞在したがすぐに慣れた。無料バスがあり、スリンビーチ（15分）とロータスショッピングモール（20分）行きが1日各1～2往復。マッサージは安くてとても素晴らしい！

Dette hotellet er helt OK hvis du skal bo her i 1-3 dager. Vi bestilte for hele ferien og angrer. Personalet kan svært dårlig engelsk. Rengjøringen er minimal,men du får nye håndkler og sengetøy hver dag. Kjøleskap er bra. Dette hotellet trenger en real oppussing. Ellers er det ganske idyllisk,men VELDIG langt unna ting. Vi tok buss hver dag fra Thalang […] "by". Ca 15-20 min gange langs en traffikert vei. Buss koster ca 20-30 bat. Taxi herfra mellom 500-700 bat til Phuket sentrum. 500-700 til Patong. ca 30-40 min unna det meste. Vi bytta hotell etter 1 uke, og skal bo de siste dagene her, da det er nærme flyplassen og vi allerede har betalt for hotellet. Read more

Ett jätte bra hotell att ta första nätterna när man kommer till Thailand så nära flygplatsen vänlig personal vi lämnade en resväska kvar när vi var en vecka i Chaing Mai härligt polområde rekomenderar det några dagar som avstamp innan man reser vidare till andra delar av Thailand...

Fint, barnvänligt och bra med kommunikationer till Surin beach. Inte så engelskkunnig personal tyvärr och maten i deras enda restaurang är ingen höjdare trots att den är dyr. Poolen stor och fin och hotellområdet var mycket vackert och lungt. Barnfamiljer kan jag rekommendera eller någon som måste ha tvingad stillhet.
