The staff initially refused to move us but relented when we argued that they gave us a different room than advertised on hotels.com. "スタッフだけ良い"
諸事情により予約していた部屋が無いと言われたのですが、 その後のスタッフの対応は良かったです。 1泊だけした部屋はかなり臭くて、寝れなかったです。タオルも汚かったです。 その後チェンジした部屋は清潔感がありました。 ただ、タオルは黒ずんでいたり、清潔感がないです。 スタッフの方達は良い方ばかりなので、残念です。Genuine Expedia guest review
