Bistro (All-Day Dining): The main restaurant is also found on the ground floor and seats around 150 people. 90 indoor seats are perfect for cool, wet evenings and there are 60 seats located outside that are ideal for anyone looking to enjoy the warm fresh air during their meal. A range of cuisines are served in this all day dining outlet from popular local to international to cater to people with a variety of tastes. Room service is available at Bistro and the all day dining restaurant shares an outdoor dining area with Thyme as well as an alternative semi-outdoor dining area that is decorated with lush, green plants and surrounded by glass walls. Opening hours are from 6 AM to 10:45 PM.

Das ist nie und nimmer ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Es entspricht gerade Mal einem mittelmässigen 3 Sterne Hotel, aber zum Preis von einem guten 4 Sterne. Die Zimmer, kein Charme, keine schöne Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich nicht wohl. Einfache Möbel. Nettes Krankenhauszimmer, ja. Kleiner, nicht sauberer Kühlschrank. Keine Kleenex. Kein DVD Gerät. Nix. Keine Extras. Frühstücken, […] dauern fehlt was. Immer wieder die Mitarbeiter ansprechen. Insgesamt wird hier auch nur Durchschnitt angeboten. Internet funktioniert nur ab und zu. Dauernd muss man sich neu einloggen. Aber, der Höhepunkt ist, das man auf das Reinigungsteam im Zimmer trifft, wenn man vom Strand oder Ausflug zurück kommt. Die späteste Reinigung hatten wir nach 16.00 Uhr. "Inte helt där"
Hotellrummet är helt okej, ingen överväldigande upplevelse. Det känns väldigt IKEA på något sätt, haha svårt att förklara, men mycket ljust trä och rent och fräscht. Balkongen var den största besvikelsen angående rummet eftersom den var så pass liten. Man fick inte ens en balkongmöbel där ute, även om jag är tveksam till om den ens skulle få plats. […] Utsikten var den absolut sämsta jag påträffat i Thailand på alla mina resor dit, då den överblickade något form av träskliknande sjö åt ena hållet och ett stort hyreshus åt det andra. Balkongdörrarna var också extremt svåra att få upp, känns som en konstruktionsmiss där. I övrigt så är hotellet ett nybygge, det är inte ens klart än. Receptionen ligger i en annan byggnad och det var arbete som pågick under hela min vistelse på hotellet. Utöver det så var det väldigt tyst runt hotellet på kvällen/natten även om det ligger hyfsat centralt i Patong. Personalen var trevlig och villig att hjälpa till. Jag skulle aldrig säga att det här förtjänar sina fyra stjärnor, jag skulle ge det två max tre. Kanske blir bättre när det är färdigt, men just nu är det inte värt pengarna.
