Clean and good sized room, however the service provided by front desk staff left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. Not pleasant or friendly service at all. Security guards and porter very pleasant and friendly, however. In addition, I was shocked to find out that they wanted to charge me 200 baht for the loss of my room card. They also did not have […] any replacement cards available! I have never experienced this before in any other hotel I have stayed in.
