The hotel was nice and cheap. We got our room at very low price. We found the reason for the price at every morning we stayed there. There was a construction job going on the same building and the noise was horrible!!! As said we had a very bad timing (construction work). There wasn´t any mention about that they were RENOVATING the hotel, neither in […] the hotels pages nor the Hotels.com reservation info. Hotel would have been nice without the noise. Staff was polite and they understood my bad English better than most Thai people. Location is very good if you like to drink and do other crazy stuff (Bangla road 200m). I don’t drink at all and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone who don’t drink and party but that’s just my opinion. Patong beach is also near which is good. I gave my clothes to the hotel staff for washing and hotel lost my clothes. After that, the staff was trying to prove me that I did not give them clothes! I had to spend one hour of my time watching the video recording from the camera in order to prove that the fact that I gave them clothes! Even then, the hotel manager was trying to talk nonsense […] in order to avoid responsibility. As a result, the hotel confirmed the loss of clothing. The manager promised to call me and discuss the details of the compensation, but this woman did not keep his promises. If you want to stay at this hotel, be aware that if you have any difficulties you can not do something about it in your favor. Just spend a lot of time.
