A nice stay at this hotel in Phuket. Was the first time there and will definitely go back if I will come back to Phuket. Friendly staff but should improve the language skills. Overall a nice stay with a nice pool there. The location is at the end of Patong Beach so you still have a nice and quiet area around you and not all the alcoholics.....Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very enjoyable"
We will be back to stay at this hotel. The staff are wonderful and the hotel location is about a 20 min walk. Taxi & Tuk Tuks are parked directly opposite the hotel for a very small fee into town. We mainly used a Tuk Tuk on our way back from town and it was only 200 baht ($6) Australian. The food at the hotel restaurant was good as was the breakfast […] buffet. "一家图有其表，服务极差的酒店！"
我们一行四个小女生，为了体验不同酒店的风格，两个住在B-LAY TONG，两个住在附近的另一家，晚上我们四个人就在B的房间里玩扑克，结果接到酒店电话，“友情提醒”说不能四个人住一间，我们说我们清楚明白，结果对方还是执意提醒了NNNNN遍！不是善意的提醒！到后来我们本来开开心心的，都被惹的一肚子气，就是那种新闻里经常看到的超市非要抓一个人说他是小偷的那种轻蔑高傲的语气！我们真特么无语，我入住的时候还是用的雅高集团的白金卡，但发现在这里人家根本不鸟你，完全是地头蛇的感觉。你这酒店不就是地理位置好了一点，怎么能拽成这个样子，一点服务行业的基本素质都没有！反正给我钱我都不会再住了！Genuine Hotels.com guest review
