The hotell is suited just out of main street Patong in a much calmer neigborhoud, with this said you have to cross a busy street to access both the main street and the beach with about 7-12 minutes walking distance to both. The hotell has free wifi EVERYWHERE which is great. The pool and […] restaurant food is ok. The pool offers good valued and delicous food around lunch time. The pool area is nice. The hotell has an above average fitness room which gives it a huge plus! The rooms are spacious modern and very well maintained, don't put to much hope into the balacanys though because they are small and just perfect for hanging bath clothes and towels. The staff is generally serviceminded and pilite, the cleaners morso then the receptionists, and in fact it seems like to lower graded staff generally is nicer then their higher grafe peers whith the manager not at all taking her time of day off to say hello. The hotel is fresh and new and you'll have no trouble killing some days whitin it's walls. The bad side is that the hotel was much more expensive to book through the staff and when booking through hotels.com the staff seemed to have trouble finding the bookings. Also they charge quite a hefty price for additional services like booking a taxi to the airport. But the biggest minus for the hotel was really, when I stayed here the nights couldn't be redeemed into "Welcome rewards nights". Otherwise I highly recomend the hotel!
