Lovely staff, always helpful and friendly 24/7. Wonderful bar by the pool that has 50% off happy hour until 8pm. Beautiful pool and a modern gym. The hotel staff were fantastic, very polite, helpful and do anything to make your stay enjoyable. Great location ten minute walk to patong beach. The hotel was relaxing and quiet away from the night life. We booked our tours from Rose from the hotel she was outstanding very helpful and always followed up after the tour to see how we went. パトンビーチ、ジャンクセーロンどちらにもちょっと距離があり安さで決めたホテルでしたが、清潔感があり、近隣にはコンビニも数件あり、パトンビーチもジャンクセーロンも歩いて行ける距離ですし、ホテルからはシャトルパスがあるので不便を感じませんでした。朝食は質量共に思っていた以上でした。エステも利用しましたが、ハッピーアワーなら５０％オフで最高の施術を受ける事が出来ます。ショッピングモール内のエステとはまたひと味違うセレブな気分になれました。また是非利用したいと思わせてくれるホテルでした。スタッフの方々にも良くしていただいて感謝しています。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
