First of all there is no free Internet as it is written. They told me that their passwords have finish and they asked me to use the business corner that has extra charge. Generally the staff always asked for money. The room is not so nice like in the picture. I was lucky that I booked just for one day so the next day i changed hotel.

Hotel's location is good. BUT hotel's service's too bad. I am working in hotel industry also, so basicly I know what they can do to reach guest's saticfation as 3-Star hotel can do but they didnt want to do anything. I couldnt stand the room with the west shine, I did request change room, the only one thing they could do for me is saying " we're fully". […] I spent 3 day in this hotel , I ask them inform me if they had room for us to change, they refused and told me that I had to come back to ask them. wow! what kind of service???? Room was too old, and bad smell, I did inform but noone came and refesh. Hotel Outlets are very expensive. Finally, I think this kind of service is not deserved as a 3 star service. Thanks Read more

This hotel is NOT 4 star. We checked in and checked out within 2 hours. We booked a deluxe room with the jacuzzi. The room was dirty and not well maintained. The hotel does not look anything like the pictures or descriptions given on-line. Have never wirtten a bad review until this hotel! have travelled extensivly ona budget and standards are not high. just a little bit of customer service goes a long way.... however compeltly missing at this hotel. Location very unimpressive, the management charge you for everything, and honestly dont care about their guests, we had a MAJOR incident […] where basically a receptionist wouldnt let my (Indonesian/Australian) griflfriend into the hotel accusing her as a Thai prostitute until he cheked our file to discover they had her passport on file. No appology offered. Takes 20 minutes for them to check your room, housekeeping are terrible. Came at 9:30 one day, kept taking the toilet paper without replacing it. Management dont care about any issues or special requests- i was comming to become engaged... even thou it was promised the hotel did NOTHING to make it a little more special, and of course accused my indonesian girlfriend of being a prositiute. Pool are being renovated so there is only the one pool and the rest looks like acontruction site. We stayed at Baan Lamaii, just a little more expensive. opposit beach, FREE mini bar and wifi, great treatment, pay a little gmore and go somewhere with a better location and deserves our money. The only high note was the bell boys are fantastic and the reception is beautiful.... nothing else. Management need a major review and learn to treat guests like guests! Read more

doesn't look like on the photos.we had deluxe room with jacuzzi,i'm afraid how standard room should look like...it's dirty,dark and really needs UPPGRADING.bed is so uncomfortable that you gonna wake up every single morning with pain in the back.towels looks like had been used for cleaning the floor(also very often we had wait up to 3hours to get fresh […] one).we stopped to give any tip to housekeeping,since service was so poor.we were also happy that we didn't buy option with brekfast,we trie it first day and it was unfortunately the worst i ever ate in Thailand.if we had more time in Patong i'm sure we would change hotel. tip:seems like hotels in Kata Beach holds much better standard then in Patong Read more

Wir (Familie mit 2j.kind) hatten ein superior Zimmer für 13 Nächte gebucht,sind nach stressigen 5 Nächte in ein anderes Hotel gezogen.die sehr kleinen Zimmer haben dünne Wände ,dass man die Nachbarn beim diskutieren oder Tv schauen hört.es war eine Zumutung! Der Kühlschrank ist voller Schimmel an den Dichtungen und alles ziemlich unsauber ,, die dekorkissen […] auf den Betten stinken ziemlich und sollten entsorgt werden.schade die kinderpools wären Ideal.wir würden das Deevana nicht weiter empfehlen. 受付の返事は良かった。 しかし、house keepingの対応は、ばらばら。待っても待ってもこない場合が何回かあり。 また、部屋に悪臭があり、ホテルに伝えると、におい消しを持ってきた。（２回クレームした）　求めていることは部屋の変更なり、根本的な対応なのだが。。。 蚊対策は、部屋にレモングラスのアロマをまくことぐらい。これはこれで良かったけど、やはり根本的な対応が必要である。 また、やはりちょっと中心部からは遠い。
