Pulling into Patong Grand Ville, I knew my girlfriend and I were in for a relaxing stay. The hotel had maybe 5 or 6 other guest so it was like we had the hotel to ourselves. The Hotel staff was very friendly and courteous throughout our stay. Setting up trips for Nine-Temples and Phi-Phi Island driving was easy and reasonably priced. The breakfast (included in our package) was OK, better than some but not as good as a 5-star. But then, at the very reasonable price we paid I felt it was excellent! The hotel was nice, friendly staff, the pool area was cozy. this hotel is 10-15 minutes walking outside the shoppingstreet/beach but they have free shuttle buses. This was a great location to stay a couple of nights before we moved on to phi phi island. I can recommend the hotel, but not the beach.
