Hotel Ibis staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The rooms were adequate for our stay however I did find the beds fairly hard for my taste. The location of the hotel and surrounding facilities, eg grocery supplies, banking, restaurants, taxi services were excellent. The best part about this hotel is that its in the heart of the city and hence you're not wasting time commuting or spending on transportation costs. Everything is a stone throw's away.
