Patong Bay Garden Resort

I've been to Phuket numerous times and this hotel remains my favorite. It is the only hotel that is literally right on the beach. Before the tsunami, there were several hotels right on the beach, but unfortunatly, not any more. The Patong Bay Garden Hotel was not even damaged [much] by the tsunami, and I find that very comforting, being that close to […] the water, since I saw what happened to the other hotels. I have been for an extended stay before and had a love/hate relation with the hotel, but now after another 3 week stay I have decided HATE. - expencive, low standard, bad smell, no free wifi, everything costs extra (if you find a "friend" that stays 30 min or more the hotel charges you an extra 1k). Im doubtfull the rooms had been renovated since the tsunami. + close to everything, has AC.

皆さん、絶対にスーペリアには泊まらない方がいい。廊下から部屋、カーテン開けられず、外はガンガンうるさく、一睡もできず限界になり２泊するのやめタウンのホテルに移りました。もう一生とまりません。

とにかく従業員のレベルの低さにびっくりした。部屋も特にエアコンの位置ときたら ひどいものでほとほとまいりました。立地が良いので客が絶えないので何も心配する 必要がないのだと思います。 expediaとしても再考すべきですよ！

2011年5月8日から28日までジュニアスイートに20夜滞在しました。 １．バスのお湯がぬるい。体温より少し高い程度のお湯しか出ない。 ２．部屋に備え付けのインスタントコーヒーやバスフォームが何日も補充されないのでチップをおかないでおいたら、メイドの仕返しと思われる出来事が幾度かあった。ドアにぶら下げるタグが持ち去られたり等…中でもいちばんひどかったのは、ある日外出から帰ってみると部屋のゴミは置きっぱなし、ティシューボックスはカラ、おまけにトイレの水が流れなくなっていた。（注：マネージャに言ったらすぐに対応はしてくれましたが…） 全額前払いでなかったら、間違いなく数日でホテルを変えていた。
