"Great pool and services but smelly room"
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Patong beach. There was a great pool in the center of the hotel. Hotel offered several services including themed nights, etc. However, the room hand the strongest smell of mildew. The curtains smelled horrible as if they were never washed. There was free wifi in the lobby but we could never […] seem to get it to work. The food was overpriced and the hotel wanted to charge twice the outside rate for an airport transfer! "Great Location."
This hotel is in a great location and has a great pool. The management should STOP the "sun bed hogs"from claiming them as soon as it opens at 7am.Not once in our 8 night stay were we able to get one in the sun. The rooms are well appointed and we had a pool view (413) Breakfast was a good range of foods from freshly made omelets to an array of Asian […] dishes. Main problem was that the food was NOT hot! Even when they brought out some new baked beans... always cold.I would have preferred individual tubs of yoghurt other than a bowl you (and everyone else) helped themselves too ! They made great coffee, but only once was it hot. Reception staff do not speak very good English and it is a bit hard to communicate.Check in was fairly easy and we were given a lovley refreshing cold drink while we waited. My sons room had a mouldy smell to it. They were totally aware of this as a scented candle had been put in a corner, but the smell was constantly there (room 551)The hotel is nice but i wouldn't stay here again.I feel the complex is too big and has the feel of council flats when looking across to the other side. There is a small pool on the roof (which was not clean). It would have been nice to sit up there but there were no umbrellas.They had 3 happy hour sessions at the various bars.This is my 3rd trip to Phuket and stayed at a smaller hotel the previous times which I feel suits our family better. 走到江西冷还是需要10分钟左右的，有点小远，但优点是还算安静。 事先沟通过是蜜月，希望房间安排的安静一点。但还是安排在了2楼对着楼道，这个很不好。大多数房间都是阳台对着泳池的，我们的房间对着楼梯，窗帘都不敢拉开。 房间wifi要收费，lobby公用电脑也要收费，只有lobby的wifi 是免费的。 6楼的泳池永远不开，明明是开放时间，可就是不开。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
