I can't rate this hotel enough. The entire team were courteous, helpful and always friendly. The assistant manager went above and beyond personally... recommending trips and then booking them for me. The clubhouse pool bar staff were so friendly and we always had a giggle. The hotel facilities are second to none, it's a shame more guests don't make the most if them. The clubhouse pool and spa are beautiful and it's good to make use if the 2hour happy hour 4-6pm! Food was lovely, from breakfast to room service and the many restaurants. The Seafood buffet is great value and has great views over to Patong town/beach. The only one point to note is the free shuttle bus finishes at 8pm, it'd be great if this carried on to at least 10pm. Located on the west coast, Patong Beach is the most popular beach in Phuket. This two-kilometre-long beach offers everything from water sports and massages to food and drinks. fantastic hotel, location a bit out 10 mins taxi but cannot walk as on a main road without pavement. $12 taxi to patong beach from hotel each way.

This hotel provides free shuttle svc to shopping n beach every hour,super convenient. But ends 8pm which to me reasonable. If u plan to back late, take the tuktuk taxi 300bht. I wld like to commend on the romantic decor n nice birthday cake for me.

We stayed in this hotel for 10 days and were very happy with our choice. The staff were very friendly and if we ever needed anything they were very quick to respond. The food in the hotel was great and there was always plenty of staff so we never had to wait long. The hotel offered a cooking class which was very enjoyable except for the heat in the […] kitchen. Upon our arrival we were advised we had to pay a deposit of 10,000 baht which was a bit of a shock but as we didn't have the money on us they were happy to take my passport as security. After staying for a few days we could understand why they did this as everything we ordered even drinks were charged to our room. 度假村非常大，村内的环境非常好，环境相对独立，周围吃饭，购物不是很方便，但酒店提供的每小时往返芭东海滩的免费巴士基本解决了一切问题。阳台独立露天的SPA池，加上外面多处泳池，简直不用出门就可以在度假村享受全套度假体验。早餐也不错，种类丰富。下次一定还住这里。
