The resort is nice. We just had a few problems in the room. There is no internet in any room. I was told that there is wireless internet in all rooms... before I went. But when I reached I tried logging in and could not. Then reception told me that there is no internet in any of their rooms and if I wanted to access I had to come down to the reception. I took a ocean view villa which was really far from the reception. So I gave up on using the internet during my stay. The TV was horrible not clear. There was only 1 electric point in the room. This point is connected to a light near the bed. So if the point is on the light has to be on too. So we could not put our phones and cameras to charge during the night cause the light was on while sleeping. I called the electrician and he said he could not do anything about it. The exhaust was not working in the bathroom. and when I called the electrician he said he will come back but no one came back. The safe was not working. Every time I entered a code and close the safe it would not open again. I called the maintenance guy and waited for 30 minutes no one came and then i called again and the got angry and told me he cannot come fast. So I waited more than 1 hour for the safe guy to come to open the safe. Then the guy tells me I am entering the code wrong. So I asked him to set a code and lock it and the same thing happened. Then he went and changed the safe to another one. But the pool was beautiful and room clean by a Hotels.com guest on 04/24/12
