Hotelli tiedoissa ei mainittu, että kaikki tapahtuu korkeiden portaiden nousemisen jälkeen. Tiedoissa hotellin huoneissa ei ollut eri niin sanottujen ravintoloiden aukioloajoista. Ei tietoa mistä voisi saada lounasta jos olisi sen halunnut ja mikä aika. Ei myöskään päivällistä ja mikä aika. Hotellilla oli kyllä Italialaisia, jotka saivat joka päivä […] oman ruokansa, mutta koimme tunkettelevamme jos olisimme menneet heidämn joukkoonsa. Yritimme kyllä yhden kerran jolloinka meidät lähetettiin kylmästi toiseen ravintolaan ruokailemaan. Siellä ei ollut lainkaan muita ruokailemassa, joka oli aika kolkkoa. Hotellin takapihan kulkutiellä oli kaikenlaisia roskia joita ei ollut siivottu viikkokausiin. Hotellihuoneiden kylpyhuoneet olivat jääneet korjauksessa keskeneräisiksi, koska seinissä oli erivärisiä maaliviiruja, jotka peittivät jotakin. Kylpyhuoneessa oli myöskin kosteusvaurioita. Huoneessa oli koko ajan märän mullan tuoksu, joka syntyy kosteus vaurioista. ( Hometta ). Hotellin sijainti ranta-alueella oli lähes täydellinen. Myöskin uima-allas alueet olivat hyvin hoidetut, jossa oli ilo viettää aikaa. Paikka sopii hyvin lapsi perheille toisenlaisessa huoneistossa, missä ei ole meluhaittoja.Hotellin toiminta tapoihin olisi syytä kiinnittää huomiota, sillä paikasta saisi loistavan ja todella viihtysän lomanviettopaikan. Olemme olleet monenlaisissa paikoissa ympäri Thaimaata ja kokeneet paljon. Siksi toivomme tästä hotellista kehittyvän paremmin palveluja tuottavaksi turistikohteeksi.
