"Amazing owner provides awesome service"
This is an amazing place to stay for people who want real, genuine, small, neighborhood experience. The owner is incredibly friendly and the hotel is his baby and he really makes you feel at home. It was pouring rain when I arrived and he had the cab wait outside so he could come meet me with an umbrella! He runs his hotel to be open, casual and a place […] that you can really feel comfortable and check out the town. This was one of my favorite nights in the south of thailand, simply because of the personal service, recommendations and friendliness of this place. Amazing experience! "Absolutt helt, helt ok!"
Til den prisen, så var det som forventet. Jeg synes rommet var koselig. Synes ikke frokosten inneholdt noe spiselig, men da er det jo bare å spise et annet sted. Rent og pent. Resepsjonen var helt krise sliten og lignet mer en garasje enn en resepsjon, men det gjør jo heller ikke noe. Litt vanskelig å skjønne at det var der det var bare.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Dårligt hotel som ikke svare til beskrivelsen"
Vi ankom meget sent til phuket og havde (heldigvis) kun bestilt en enkelt overnatning på dette hotel. Der stod der var privat badeværelse, dog ikke på værelset, med dette menes vidst at man privat kan gå i bad bag en lukket dør, for badet og toilet blev delt med alle andre, derudover var toiletet ulækkert og det nedereste af døren i stykker så der var […] hul ind. Værelset var beskrevet at der var altan med udsigt over byen, hvilket ikke var på det værelse vi fik, og af hvad jeg kunne lure på de andre værelser var der hellere ikke. Vi fik ingen nøgle da vi ankom. Derudover stod der at der var mørklægningsgardiner hvilket hellere ikke var tilfældet, hvilket var ret irreterende da vi havde et stort vindue ud til trappen hvor der hele natten var lys, som ikke kunne tages af det alm. gardin og et vindue højt oppe ud til gangen hvor der slet ikke var noget gardin. Ikke noget vindue ud til friheden. Vi lagde os til at sove og tog afsted straks vi vågnede og fandt noget andet. Morgenmaden der står er med stod fremme om aften da vi ankom og bestod af (hvad vi kunne se) toast og lidt marmelade. Da vi kl. 8 kom ned og ville tjekke ud var der ikke nogen der forstod engelsk, så måtte pænt ligge en seddel hvorpå der stod vi var gået.
