Only 3 km south of Patong, this beach is famed for its five-kilometre long white beach sand that squeaks under your feet. Mostly single row sunbeds decked along the stretch offer unsurpassed and unblocked views. Turtles are periodic nocturnal visitors to the beach. Recreational activities at this beach include paragliding, windsurfing, snorkeling, and volleyball. Thai Massage and reflexology are also offered on the beach.

以往夜機抵達布吉都住ibis kata，但這間simplitel與ibis相比，論酒店位置、早餐質素皆相約，但價錢更便宜，房間與露台亦更大，所差者為ibis有泳池而simplitel沒有，而且泊車位比較小，但以價錢論可算非常不錯。而房間亦清潔舒適，住向山的房間亦不覺有噪音。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
