Location is pretty good if you dont want to be in the heart of Phuket City - its quieter here near the outskirts. This isnt budget accomodation, but the rooms are clean, the AC works, and everything is pretty much what you would expect. Nice little pool on the property is a nice touch. The breakfasts were good, but they did mess up the orders - not […] a big deal if you are on holidays. Also, the crowing rooster next door was a nice tough to remind you where you are. Would recommend to others, slightly on the higher side of the budget when compared to similar properties, but seems to be a little bit above the rest so probably worth the price.
