Rooms are spacious and comfortable, alot of room with a great seating area, but TV is too small and cannot be used from seating area. The sofa seating... is also a bit too firm for a long seating time, but the bathroom is comfortable. The in-room private pool is an excellent facility, and the hotel is generally well kept. Due to the inaccessibility of the hotel, it is a bit inconvinient and their shops only offers souveniers. They should also include things such as flip-fops or swimming suits. It also lack choices for dinning, and the kitchen can do with more improvements. Food varieties is limited and I think they can also do with better in-room dinning. I think they should also offer more shuttles to the beach. Hotel spa was average, but it was a great value and the atmosphere were comfortable. While the hotel has a few drawbacks, overall it offers great values and has a great atmosphere and definately a great stay for me and my wife. by frychan from Los Angeles, CA on 02/19/13

The room was very nice and spacious. Beware of the private beach they mention. The beach is not a place you can swim at. Also the hotel is not close to any other restuarants and the hotel restuarant and spa was very expensive.

Very cozzy and comfort small resort with only several villas. The villas are spacious especially the bathrooms. However, the hot water was a bit weak. And the Hotel entrance was very difficult to find.

今回、旦那と一緒に４泊しました。ホテル自体は、とてもいい！ロケーションも朝食も部屋も使い心地がよくて、満足。バイクさえあれば、どこに行くのも便利で、気持ちよく静かに過ごせる。ただ・・・当たり前のサービスができないスタッフにビックリさせられるばかり。特にチェックインの際に対応した女性は最悪で、いきなり嫌な思いをさせられた。何を聞いても、ダメ、できない、ただの意地悪にしか受取れない態度が、ただただ残念だった。感じのいいスタッフはいたけど、接客というのには程遠いですね！バンコクのホテルにも、去年行ったサムイのホテルにも、こんなスタッフはいなかったと思います。あまりアクティブでない方には、絶対にオススメできないホテルです。
