"残念なホテル・・・"
今回、旦那と一緒に４泊しました。ホテル自体は、とてもいい！ ロケーションも朝食も部屋も使い心地がよくて、満足。 バイクさえあれば、どこに行くのも便利で、気持ちよく静かに過ごせる。 ただ・・・当たり前のサービスができないスタッフにビックリさせられるばかり。 特にチェックインの際に対応した女性は最悪で、いきなり嫌な思いを させられた。 何を聞いても、ダメ、できない、ただの意地悪にしか受取れない態度が、ただただ 残念だった。 感じのいいスタッフはいたけど、接客というのには程遠いですね！ バンコクのホテルにも、去年行ったサムイのホテルにも、こんなスタッフはいなかったと思います。 あまりアクティブでない方には、絶対にオススメできないホテルです。Genuine Expedia guest review
