"If you love flies, this hotel is for you!"
This hotel was disappointing. The rooms are big, but not that clean. (Didn't look like the pictures-perhaps we just got a bad one). There are only 9 channels of television, and only one is in English. The main issue with the hotel is the flies!! They were everywhere. In the room, by the pool, in the restaurant. We had to go to a property next door to […] have dinner to escape. The staff was friendly enough, and they try hard, but the service quality wasn't that great. And it is very remote, which is good is you plan to stay at the resort the whole time but not so great if you want to see the main Phuket attractions.
